Outback is nice for a chain restaurant. The food and service are quite good, but it has become obscenely expensive. Two people do well to stay under $100 on a single meal! Greed is ruining everything in this country for working people. Shame on Outback's greedy upper management. I almost never go to Outback anymore...

We had a later dinner on a Friday evening at Outback after other restaurants near by could not accommodate our family size in a timely manner (hour and half plus waits). Staff was extremely polite even at the later time of day. Our server was the best of all! She was very attentive to our young grandchildren, especially our 2 year old granddaughter on her birthday! My wife's steak was not cooked correctly, but was quickly replaced and delivered by the manager. Thank you for helping end our birthday celebration with a great experience!
Kid-friendliness: Offered to have the kids meal come out first so their parents could feed them before the parent's meal arrived. This made a great experience.
My online order originally came spilled and soggy when I picked it up, but management was able to refund most of it so that it wasn’t a complete waste. The manager Bryan was very quick and understanding and got it resolved without further issue.

My son loves tradition. Sunday is the day for steak. But this Sunday was a mess. Dine in was the plan. The host was nice. The wait was only 15 min (waiting for servers, they said). But then the food took forever. Then the lobster, steaks and broccoli were served cold. Sent it back. Chef Mike to the rescue (same 1/2 eaten fry on the plate) which warmed up the steaks but made the broccoli like mush and the steak was chewy. Then service fell off the cliff.... crickets. Except.... Served the full bill. Spoke with the manager. Bottom line... (slick manager's trick) pay for a horrible meal but the next one (or most of it) is on us. Family or that friend will get a gift card. We won't be back. But I do have $5 on my rewards account. No thanks.

Had lunch yesterday around 1:30. The bartender was awesome! Very friendly and attentive. Had the lunch sirloin steak. Cooked perfectly. Didn't have to wash the plate when I finished. 😋 Looking forward to my next visit!

Ordered door dash because no one answered the phone for a take out order after 4 calls. No toppings were sent with the loaded baked potatoes, no bread sent with order, no dressing with salads, wrong type of mashed potatoes sent, baked potatoes were hard, Mac and cheese was hard, desserts tasted terrible. Everything was awful.
