I am a Dine Rewards member and frequent Outback as my steak restaurant. In the past, I have given it and the Hamburg location 5 stars. I came a few months ago and thought perhaps the night was a one off for missing the mark. I returned yesterday, and the same problems exist. My medium rare filet was overcooked on the exterior and rare plus inside. The sweet potatoes burned. My salad had a lone cherry tomato and three very thin slices of cucumber. I asked for a water with no ice and a lime. I got a lemon squeezed into the glass. My bread did come out promptly and warm with plenty of butter. My potato was replaced with a similarly overcooked and dry one. They offered to put my steak back on the grill or replace. I chose to eat it since I hate to waste food. There was also a large piece of connective tissue in the steak that took up two bites and the texture was tough. I had the same issue with the meat quality my last visit. So, I am very disappointed in my recent experiences. The grill and oven temps need closer attention, the salad needs more garnish and the meat quality re-evaluated. The wine selection remains consistent and adequate for the protein choices. I am giving this location a pause and will try the one at the Mall for comparison on my next Outback visit.

The food was horrible. The steak was tough with no taste. They forgot my sides and by the time they brought them out my other food was cold. And it was severely over priced for the food you get.

Barbara the lady who waited on us was amazing. She took such great care of us I would go back to order water just to have her great customer service and friendly demeanor. The food was fantastic but when you get service like she gave us that day it will always be my main reason for going back. The management was nice as well. Honestly I felt like I was at a good family gathering where the ladies pamper you and take care of you because they love you and want to see you happy. How many times can you say you have gotten that kind of care and kindness from a business. Well if you want it, come here and ask for Barbara, just show a little respect and kindness for her and you will get very well taken care of. 13 stars out of 5

I ordered the chicken barbie. The chicken was seasoned, perfectly. I barely used the bar b q sauce. My delicious sides were aspargus and baked sweet potoes. I cannot wait tp order again.
