They make it right! I have a food allergy. One of the servers told me they don't even have any in the kitchen so there's nothing to worry about. Well, that turned out to be incorrect and could've been a severe situation. Fast forward to them making ny food incorrectly. The managing partner came out herself and made sure everything was handled properly and they corrected everything for me. She went above and beyond to ensure my food was safe for me to eat and comped the meal. I just appreciate someone taking my food allergy seriously. I didn't want to be rushed to the ER on my lunch break.Dietary restrictions: Make sure the server knows your allergy even if you don't think it'd be in that meal.

The coconut shrimp and dipping sauce were amazing but the Brussel sprouts were not the best. They were too done and also too big. They were

Visited with a group for a 92nd birthday party and was sorely disappointed. Bad filet mignon and mediocre service at best. Won’t be back.

We honestly went to get a duck for my Jeep ?. The drink was good, the duck was cute lol. I got the bloomin fried chicken and my husband got their bone-in Ribye. We got their wings as an appetizer. The seasoning was super good! They just needed to be cooked a little longer, I think. Overall, it was a good experience and our waitress was great and really attentive.

I usually go to Outback for birthday dinner, my birthday was march 10,, but this year I was truly disappointed, I ordered the 16 oz prime rib with the grilled onions. When I received the grilled onions in a small container, I was shocked, I said what the heck, it barely covered 1/4 of the prime rib and they charged me $2.99 for it. I’m so glad I didn’t get the mushrooms as they were $2.99 also. I love Outback, but I think Texas Roadhouse will be my birthday dinner choice from now on, when I order the mushrooms and onions from them it smothers my choice of meat for a lesser price. This shrinkflation is ridiculous.

We were seated immediately. Our server, Maelyn, was excellent. She was very attentive and made sure what we ordered was to our liking and that we had no issues. She was very personable and answered all of our questions about the menu. The brussels sprout dish was not as good as the ones from Red Lobster or Cheesecake Factory, but everyone's tastes vary. Otherwise, very good food, atmosphere and staff. Highly recommend!

The food was great and our steaks were cooked to perfection! The servers were thoughtful and didn't visit our table too much, or too little. We will definitely be back!

I had the Alice Spring Chicken. It was grilled well, and the cheese and bacon and sauce were delicious. The salad was fresh and crispy. We had a good dining experience this time.

My family and I went here for my sister’s birthday dinner (party of 14) and had a great experience! They gave us complimentary appetizers and dessert for the special occasion. Bread was on the table when we were sat and our server was very attentive! The apps and entrees came out in a timely manner and everything was cooked perfectly! 10/10 experience… highly reccomend!

Let me just start by saying that I have worked in the restaurant industry for over 3 years now, and the experience my family and I had at this place was absolutely unacceptable. We made a reservation for a birthday dinner in our family, initially everything seemed to go well, they prepared our table and sat us quickly. Although for the next 15 minutes, multiple waiters and staff members walked past our table, making eye contact and didn’t say a word. No one came and got us drinks or even acknowledged that we were there. Hard to believe that in a small dining room, a table of 7 people goes completely unnoticed.Like I said, I work in a restaurant and understand that under certain circumstances, it can be difficult to greet a table quickly, but 15 minutes or more is ridiculous. I myself, had to get the attention of the host who sat us to let her know that we had yet to be waited on. This is where it continued to go downhill, from the time I notified the host, it took an additional 5 to 10 minutes for someone to come to the table and announce themselves as our waiter.I won’t say names, but the waitress was nice, and tried to seem interested in making our experience better but she ended up being very nervous, distracted, fidgety, and just seemed like she didn’t want to do her job. At one point while she was taking our food order, she reached in her back pocket and checked her phone as one of us was directly telling her our order. The only good takeaways I have from this experience is that the food came out quickly after it was finally ordered and it was very good. Also one of the managers came to the table to apologize and even bought our appetizers. In the end, with my experience working in this industry, I know this situation is somewhat common in a lot of restaurants and it’s due to improper training. Wait staff should know that if you see a table of guests sat for an extended period of time, even though they are not in your assigned section, make sure to greet them and notify them that someone will be with them shortly. Even just providing them with something to drink is a good cushion to not make them feel ignored or abandoned. Most people just simply walk out of a restaurant if they are not acknowledged within 10 minutes. We have to be better. I can confidently say, this would never happen in my workplace, and if it did, someone would deal with the consequences.
