13 years ago on the Eve after my Divorce I was introduced to the Paddock and got to see Erick the proprietorship in his natural habitat. Lucky me it was also the release of Fireball in Kentucky and Erick has a Fireball child shot machine 1st of its kind. Seemed like the Night was just destined for celebration of all sorts of freedom including mine of the marital variety. My friends and the staff at the Paddock ensured I celebrated my rebirth into society with a full spirit not only in body but also in my glass. It will forever be one of my fondest memories in Lexington... you cannot go out in that town without stopping in one of the greatest staples of the heart of the bluegrass. The Paddock Bar and Patio 5 stars doesn't sum it up enough.
Love the place and as a lexingtonian this is hands down one of if not my favorite place to hang out and have a drink with friends. Not to mention Erick the owner is the most down to earth individuals I've met and had the pleasure to hang out with . Cheers! Eagle rare >blantons

I was here Saturday and saw the bouncers let in atleast 7 underaged girls. My wife and I were astonished on how easy it was for them to get in. One of them was wearing a class of 2024 shirt and we talked to some people in the bar and they said they were 18-20. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOUR OF AGE.

Basically if you are underage, GO HERE. Yes the owner does keep a stack of fake ids to prove to other lexington owners that he doesn’t allow underage people at his bar. However just go and see for yourself. we were all once 20. If ur of age, don’t go here. not to mention the health department would have a field day. look at the bathrooms. and check behind bar please.
