It's Easter and we understand it will be busier than usual. That is why we made reservations. They even had a sign that only seating for those with reservations so it would be expected they would prepare extra staff for this day. We waited an hour and a half for our food with no one letting us know why. We did flag the waiter down to have him go ask. After not seeing anyone after a few more minutes we flagged the manager. We spent two hours there to get our food. My food was good. My husband's was not. I've had what he got several times before and it did not taste the same today. Very disappointing when you make arrangements ahead of time for a special occasion and it just doesn't live up to the expectations.
Food was fine, after we got it after waiting an hour. Kitchen was extremely backed up and overall super understaffed, especially for a holiday. After I got back home, later that night I became sick with an upset stomach
Our food never came. We waited for 2 HOURS after ordering, then finally left without eating. It was Easter Sunday and the owner apologized saying they didn't have enough staff to serve us. I will never go back. This used to be one of my favorite restaurants! Sad
This was the worst experience we've ever had at Palmers or a restaurant in general. Waitress wanted to be anywhere but working. She complained more than once that the kitchen wasn't doing their job and then went on to say several members of the staff quit this past week including the general manager. Took over an hour to get our food. And one person in our group food never arrived. Waitress said owner was going to come talk to us, but never did. We finally paid for for everyone's food and left. But it was the absolutely worst experience we've ever had. Note for management/owners - if you can't handle the Easter rush then close the restaurant and don't offer full menu and buffet. I'm sure some of the issues are related to some very poor decisions by management on planning for today.
We were there on Easter. Sadly they were understaffed with waiters and I have a feeling in the kitchen too. It took over two hours to get very simple orders of waffles and scrambled eggs and bacon. The food and especially the bread was good. I felt very sorry for the wait staff. They were working so hard but it was impossible to keep up. I have been other times and it was great.
Good food and service...if... you can stand the noise. I know they've tried to put baffles or noise cancelling in but the volume during dinner is crazy. Should try more with softening drop ceiling, etc.
Was not greeted for at least 15 minutes. Was not busy enough in the restaurant to not be greeted within 5 minutes of being sat, coming from somebody who has worked in fine dining for over a year.
Best margarita in town ❤️

Some of the best seafood on the East coast! Ambiance is very warm and welcoming, plenty of seating inside and out, friendly staff, and plenty of parking.

This place is so underrated. I've been there lots of times but the latest was on Valentine's Day. Incredible meal. Mini burgers, pretzel-crusted trout, chocolate creme brulee!! All was perfect and flavorful. Inside is beautiful and their patio during warm weather is even better. Great date spot
Dietary restrictions: We were offered a gluten free menu (but declined)
Parking: Small walk along a pond of swans and ducks to get to the door from the parking lot. Or you can park in front of Joseph Beth and enter through there

The dinner was absolutely fantastic, the waiter did leave my drink at the bar but he also went above and beyond to replace it and make sure that everything else was perfect to the T. Definitely recommend stopping in to grab a nice dinner

Everything about the food, atmosphere, and service is amazing at Palmers. I highly recommend their Tuna, crab cakes, and Mahi! But you cannot go wrong with anything you order. You can get meals ranging from 20 to 40 dollars. Lots of variety!
