Slowly Going Down Hill. What’s the point of having a menu and not having any of the ingredients? Not only that but the service wasn’t all there, one of the girls was literally in a rush making our order and she seemed frustrated by it. 🫤 Our simple order was just not it.

Great tasting ice-cream with large portions.

Best ice cream ever! Lots of flavors. Only reason 4 stars for service is the staff is very hard to understand - a language barrier. But friendly for sure!

My husband & I came here for the first time and tried the sorbet. Between the two of us, we tried the cucumber lime, mango, pineapple, strawberry, & lime. All were excellent, but the mango really stood out. We’ll be coming back regularly!

I recently visited this store and found a bug in my Mangonada ice cream. I don’t want to give review until i’m sure what i see in my eye,So carefully look into it and turn out its a real bug . Health department should visit them . They also need to hire staff who can speak English and that would greatly improve customer service

this location is horrible , BUT the ice cream is excellent as always! wish they kept the one on nicholasville road open and got rid of this one. Due to this we dont go as often as we used to to the other location?

I ordered a yogurt cup with fruit. I usually like to order them because the fruit is fresh and the cereal and everything is granola. The point is that this time they disappointed me. The strawberries were bitter, the mango was super hard and green and only a They gave me a little piece of Melo and not to mention the vast pineapple.The truth is I don't know if I should go back.

Delicious. We got the Bionico, and the sweet cream was delicious. Absolutely would visit again.

Vegetarian options: While there is a lot of ice cream (so less vegan friendly - though there was sorbet) there was no meat products.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.

Not sure why every time we go the workers act like they don’t speak English. Like seriously if you run a business you would think the employees can speak to their customers. But no I get a blank look every time. Sad sad sad.

Disturbing! If you're open, why am I unable to get a churro sundae? My husband and I don't live in the area and decided to try this place for dessert. Unfortunately, the young ladies already turned off the frier more then an hour before closing. I won't be back here again!!
