Do not go to Panda Cuisine❗️
We ordered $50 of food the other night for 4 people.
It was way too salty and way too spicy. It was inedible❗️
None of us were able to eat any of it.
I called to complain and talked to the manager. I could not believe the manager did not apologize and said the best they could do was offer a $5 coupon for a future order. Having been in the restaurant business myself. When confronted with a situation like this. I always apologized immediately and asked the customer how we could make it right with them. And at least offered a replacement meal. My friends and I will not be back and will tell everyone we know to not eat at Panda Cuisine❗️
Limited selection with too many tofu options. Some food didn't appear fresh, but what I had seemed to be made with higher quality ingredients. I think someone looking for a change in their Chinese food routine should give this place a shot.

Very authentic very flavorful. We had 9 different dishes. Each dish was uniquely flavored and authentically prepared. First time here and it was great. The picture I post of the food doesn’t give justice to how tastey and good it really was …. Loved it

Panda Cuisine: A 5-Star Celebration for Lunch in Lexington!
Craving the Best Lunch in Lexington? Look no further than Panda Cuisine! Our recent birthday celebration for Eli Mashni turned into a flavor explosion at this fantastic restaurant. Here's why Panda Cuisine deserves a 5-star rating:
A Feast for the Senses:
The true star of the show was undeniably the food. The General Tso's chicken and chicken dumplings were an absolute revelation. Bursting with fresh, authentic flavors, they left us all speechless. Eli, a self-proclaimed dumpling aficionado, declared them the best he'd ever had, requiring no additional seasoning! While the beef stew offered a unique twist, the chicken dishes stole the show.
Sharing the Fun:
Panda Cuisine's tables with Lazy Susans were a brilliant touch. Sharing dishes became a fun and interactive experience, fostering a sense of camaraderie amongst our group.
Service with a Smile:
The service was friendly, efficient, and attentive. The only minor wait was getting seated, but considering our indecisiveness (we bounced around a few restaurants!), it was completely understandable.
A Relaxing Escape (Almost):
The restaurant itself offered a clean, comfortable, and relaxed atmosphere. The only suggestion for improvement would be some background music, as the quietness made conversation a little more open than some might prefer.
Quality Over Quantity:
For those seeking a weekday buffet, Panda Cuisine only offers it on weekends. However, fear not! The a la carte menu boasts exceptional quality and flavor, making the lack of a buffet a non-issue.
The Final Bite:
We wholeheartedly recommend Panda Cuisine for your next Lexington lunch adventure. The food is authentic, bursting with flavor, and the quality is consistently impressive. Just keep in mind the limited buffet days if you're planning a visit.
So next time you're in Lexington and searching for a delicious and enjoyable lunch experience, look no further than Panda Cuisine! You won't be disappointed.

Wow! This resturant offers the best authentic Chinese flavors I’ve found. This is the real deal! It is NOT an Americanized version of Chinese food. The weekend lunch buffet was delicious and had a wonderful selection. I felt like I was eating a delicious meal in China, not Lexington, KY. We will return.
Kid-friendliness: They were attentive to our child needs.

Panda had been my favorite Chinese restaurant since it opened. I would have given this place 5 stars a few years back. I moved out of Kentucky and came back for a visit. I got a friend to go with me to Panda Cuisine and wow... First of all, upon receiving our plates my friend discovered that he had a large cockroach cooked in his food. After showing our server, she used MY SPOON to remove the insect and then placed the spoon back in my food! Yes I am serious. She was visibly horrified and immediately went back to the kitchen with the plate of stir fried roach. She returned with a fresh plate of food. Afterwards, she told us both of our meals had been comped, which we of course appreciated, however once I got home I started looking into Panda. It closed down last year due to rodent infestation. Panda is in a nice shopping center with several other restaurants and a bakery (SubWay and Nothing Bundt Cakes). If one in the strip has roaches and rodents, they all do! It's a shame because Pandas food is delcious but my guess is their suppliers (common for Chinese restaurants) likely brought roaches and rodents in boxes. I won't tell you not to go eat there, but I do want everyone to know and I doubt I will return.
One of the most enjoyable meals I've had in year. This restaurant serves traditional Chinese food.

It is a great authentic Chinese restaurant. It's kind of hard to find tucked behind another shopping center. The service was good, but there was a bit of a language barrier with the waiter. Great food. Traditional American favorites but a great selection for more adventurous American eaters or those wanting authentic Chinese dishes. The pricing is with the value and portions.

My husband and I love this restaurant. The food is so so good and the staff is friendly. We decided to try this place on a whim and now we try to go a couple times a month for the beef and noodle soup.

Everything - phenomenal. I ordered the spring rolls, steamed rice, and the Sichuan Curry Chicken (bone-in). It was hot and had a wonderful fresh taste. The spices and the love that was made with it was refreshing. The service was great. Note, I got there very close to closing and the service was still cheerful. One more thing, the in house mustard was great enough to request a take home container.
