Takeout was good service was quick and easy
There is only little left over the bowl and they still give it to you . I see a new fresh one was done behind and one of the worker pretend she don’t know there is a fresh one behind her . I love panda but this location pretty disgusting me. Is lunch time hour and see what they did. I never went to any Panda Express like this location .
Got plate of orange chicken and chow mein
Chicken was undercooked. I don’t think the chow mein was fresh either

I hate that every time I make an online order, they always wait till I show up to start working on it! No matter if you show up on time, or 15 minutes late!

The food was delicious. I had a plate with 2 entrees. There was too much of one entree and not enough of the other. Staff is always polite and friendly.

The lil African girl skimped us I will never come back to this store the one on north point is better then this store and they suck. If you want good hot food and good customer service go to the Panda Express on Nicholasville rd. They other stores just don’t get it.

It was very busy, but I still got my food in around 10 minutes. Great job by the staff!

Panda express the employee name Neeru and others are truly awful. No manners. The food they give comparing to other panda is very little. They were out of most of the items
They act soo rude. I don’t wanna come back to this ever again. I hope Panda Express reads this and take actions. They will lose customers.

Staff is horrible. I don’t think they know how to smile or greet anybody. They act like they doing us a favor by serving. Just sad!

I absolutely love the food here. The plates of fried rice and, especially, the walnut shrimp are among the most amazing tastes to ever touch my palate. The friendliness of the staff is also always an upside; they never lack in that department. The atmosphere is super relaxed and gives off a sort of international vibe but still close to home. ❤️
My only real complaint arose on this last trip. We arrived about 30 minutes before closing, and I understand that they were low on ingredients. I want to give them grace for the limited portions because of the late hour. However, they did not have enough for the full course of walnut shrimp but sold it to me anyway, giving me only a half-portion.
My main issue is that they still charged the full price without offering any cost reduction. It was also a little hard to communicate a replacement option, so I ultimately settled for the full price for a half-portion.
Overall: A fantastic place that I will definitely return to, but I hope they can address their policy on pricing for partial orders in the futurebor at least offer replacements. 😉
