Closed the kitchen an entire hour before close, same thing with the dining room. Window clerk left us sitting in the drive through for 5 minutes waiting to order just to tell us they only had rice, noodles, and chicken teriyaki and they had stopped making food for the night.

I stopped by because of the coupon I received. Only to find out that I couldn’t use it because somehow it was already used . Even though I haven’t used it yet. I also had to watch as two employees passed by me twice before even greeting me . Thank goodness for Panda Express customer service number because the lady was definitely willing to help with my coupon . I will be going to a different location now . What has happened to customer service in fast food these days?

This is my regular Panda Express for a reason. The drive from my house takes me down the beautiful Fontaine Rd, which is as stunning as all get out come fall and winter. Upon arrival, they are quite friendly and accommodating. The portion sizes are excellent and they are quick to correct any mistakes. They accidentally gave me this poor guy named Austin's order and he had a rather strange meal choice but I will not air him out on here. I hold this Panda Express very near and dear to my heart.

At first, I thought it was the worst Asian food I had ever eaten. The more I thought about it though, it would have to go down as the worst FOOD in general...... Ever. I managed a Wok n Go for 7 years, have had my fair experience with Asian/American food. I don't know what I'm the world this was. I feel sorry for those that only have this as their only Asian food experience. I was trying to decide between trying Panda Express, as I had never had before....or going to nich rd to Fayette mall and getting Panda Garden (I've had many times and absolutely love it). I was near Richmond rd and decided to give Panda Express a shot. Not was that a mistake. Sooooo salty, I don't know what was in the eggroles but whatever it was..... Was just mush by the time I got it. My wife love crab Rangoon, but she passed on it because you could tell it had been there for quite a while. For 2 plates and 1 Xtra (an eggroles to try) it was over $25!!!!! I would not have pd $3 for this crap. And a msg for the cooks...... Orange chicken.... Not supposed to be spicy!!!

Pretty good spot for lunch, food can vary day to day on how good it's prepared, but overall it's one of my go-to's for lunch.

I'd love to give 0 stars but that isn't available. I had dinner here last night and found an entire millipede in the bottom of one of my containers. I had eaten almost all of my food before I saw it in the bottom. I am absolutely disgusted and will NEVER be eating here again.

Orange chicken over cooked and hard to chew. Rice and noodles are okay. Pricey.

wish I could give a negative 10 star. Went to drive through and took 15 min to get my food. Had to go back in to ask for my sweet and sour sauces. Go home see that they also forgot my spring rolls too. Only one there too no one else there. Shame I shouldn’t have to check if all my stuff is there. Wish they could do their jobs. -10 stars
