It had been a few years since I had been. Never in Lexington before either. Did not disappoint.

Sesame chicken and black pepper angus steak was ice cold and tasted old. Fried rice was disgusting.

I ordered family meal with 2 Beijing beef and 1 orange chicken. I got all orange chicken after I had to wait for Beijing beef to be cooked. I have tried to call, but no one will answer the phone.

I love the chow mein and honey walnut shrimp. Not sure why there is an upcharge on the shrimp though. I knew there was but an upcharge but no one ever explained why.

This location is clean and busy but food is always good. Lots of interviews were being conducted out in the dining area so there wasn't a lot of seating. Great customer service today!

For what this place is, it offers a good selection of tasty entrees with clear-cut guidelines for people with dietary restrictions. The food is almost always great, with the exception being food that has been cooked too long ago. The chili shrimp and grilled teriyaki chicken are amazing. More flavor could be packed into the fried rice and lo mein, but I always find the super greens very tasty. The service for folks that walk in can be worked on. It seems as though online orders are prioritized, and a person in line has to wait a little longer than normal. It's more frustrating when three orders come in and they take the rest of the selection you were going to make, and you have to wait even longer for more to be made or change your order. The atmosphere is clean and is carried by the sounds and smells of the kitchen. Decorations are basic with a focus on advertising job opportunities.Overall, it is a solid choice if you're not feeling adventurous and want a consistently good meal.

Just ordered delivery from the app not DoorDash. A 10-item order. Only half the items arrived. I had to call twice as no one answered the first time. I spoke to 2 people who said the worker only handed the driver one bag and the other was left behind. I asked them to send the rest but they said they couldn't do that before I was handed off to someone else. When I asked to be refunded, I was told there was no manager on site, so they couldn't issue a refund for the other half same-day. Complete and total joke. The food is great but don't expect great customer service for pick up or delivery. Drive thru and dine in experiences have been fine and will stick to that.Edit: Got a call back from the restaurant at 9:52 pm letting me know that a full refund was being issued. While I appreciate getting the refund for the whole order, why was a manager not present? Why would holding someone's money for any period of time for items that they didn't receive because of your mistake be acceptable practice?

the food tasted good but wasn’t as hot and fresh as the panda express on nicholasville rd. all the tables were dirty so i had to wipe one down so our group could eat inside. this panda is way more chill than the other locations tho so kudos for that!!

I ordered on the app at 6:12 it said it would be ready by 6:19. My husband got there at 6:30 and went to the register and they said “we got behind and we aren’t looking for your order now”. Finally walked out the door with our food at 6:51. Absurd.

Me and the lady decided we wanted to get for dinner Panda. We went in and they were able to help us get our order in quick but the moment we got to the register the lady walked away and started working on other customers orders. We waited about 15 mins while our food was made sitting in front of us unable to purchase being skipped over in line by them handling customers after us. Never experienced that sort of customer service ever since coming to this Panda.

I’ve always had a great experience here. One of my favorite locations in Lexington. I got here at 11am and the food was so hot and fresh. You can definitely tell a difference when it’s fresh vs sitting out for a hour or so. The orange chicken bowl with rice is where it’s at.Parking: Lots of parking spaces availableWheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for wheelchairs
