Order delivery the other day which never came tried to call the store to get a refund and try to order food from somewhere else because im not ordering delivery again and i live a close walk to columbias steakhouse (great food) then prem (manager) refused to give me the phone number for the service they use to get my refund and instead he directs me to go to the store to get my food that was never delivered i tried to tell him on the phone what was with my order so i can pickup and go he refuses that once i arrived i talked to prem in person explained my frustration and how get my refund was getting difficult he then asked for my order on my phone and proceeded to have me wait in the restaurant for 20 mins for my food by this point im pissed just need to eat and see my girlfriend eat when i got home with the food i was so pissed i couldnt eat it at least my girlfriend knows no matter what i will never let us starve or get scammed by any restaurant btw i called the credit card company and tried on there to get rid of this charge to no success but seriously thou if my food didnt get delivered give my money back so i can get food somewhere else instead of me having to worry about a extra charge on my credit card bill for this month this experience was so bad i will forever be going to the china star and avoiding panda express’s way that they conduct business

Richmond road is always the one I compare stores too. I love panda but this location the food is barely warm and I always have to ask for fresh food when I come in. Staff not nearly as nice as Richmond rd Location. I have tried 3 times now and it just never changes. Love panda but this location needs to step there game up a lil 💜 all with love guys sorry.

First time here, had to stop to get the pregnant wife some food before going home. The Food was good, but the night shift guy Derrick should be fired. I went in to order, accidentally said steak instead of beef and he was quick to rudely interrupt me to say it was beef. I moved on from that, he tells me it’s going to be a 6 min wait on beef and broccoli. To which I reply that I’m fine with. He tells me to wait in the lobby, which I do. 15 mins goes by and I go to check to see where they’re at, to which the lady (not sure who was on the front line, but she was nice.) Told me that he hadn’t said anything and he was supposed to check me out before telling me to wait. I had to wait another few mins for him to come up front cause he was busy after being hollered at by the nice lady to come check me out. To top it off, he had an attitude at checkout as well. He was nice to everyone else but for some reason decided to catch an attitude with me. Everybody has bad days but man was just straight wasn’t doing his job at this point.

I’m struggling to understand why online and on apps it says this location opens at 10 am! i was at the location at 10:15 in the morning sat in drive thru with no one answering and then parked to go inside and the doors were still locked. when i called no one answered the phone. but the employees inside looked at me and didn’t even bother showing any type of costumer service. i work in food i understand being short staffed or behind for the day but to just blatantly ignore paying customers! management needs to come in here and make the people working understand that saying you open at 10 doesn’t mean you should still have people waiting on you to unlock your doors at 10:30-10:45. disappointing.

Tried to Call, no one will answer! Charged me for lrg cheese Rangoon 12pc but I got 3 pc. This was not the o ly time have ordered, like many of your dishes, especially Rangoon, there's 4 of us.

They stop making new food ~30 min before closing. Go to the one on Richmond Rd, they will make it fresh for you even at closing time.

It is always a quiet low-key place, and there are plenty of choices of entrĂŠes and appetizers. I prefer the orange chicken. And I sometimes get the kids meal because it is plenty of food.

While ordering at the drive thru, I informed the gentleman taking my order that their drive through screen was on a “desktop computer” background. He said that was none of his business but he would let the managers know. Once getting to the window, him and his coworkers where laughing and stood there while I was trying to gain there attention to grab some to go silverware. The food was great! But the negative and rude workers kinda ruin this location.
