So I asked for some sweetener, artificial sweetener for my unsweet tea. They don’t even have any on site. I had two people with my transaction with my credit card. Think it just was sketchy didn’t like the overall field the place.

Always a great experience with Panda Express. If I had one thing to complain it would be that the string bean and chicken is always empty. Please make sure to keep the lower calorie options stocked up!

This location gives consistently great food and service. I have visited at least twice a month both dine in and drive thru for over 8 years. On my last visit , I left my bracelet by accident ( it came off while eating) but they kept it safe for me. Thank you kindly to the great staff !

I was meeting a guy there who tends to be a mooch ? ? ? it was so chilly outside I ordered a stir fry dish with steak that was excellent Could be more organized and tidy especially the condiments area dinning inside they make you feel rushed which is annoying The cashier's could be nicerVegetarian options: Bok choy is fantasticDietary restrictions: They could accommodate any dietary restrictions I'm assuming they have alot of options You could ask for steamed veggies I'm sureParking: Basically a whole Walmart parking lot plus their lot & drive thru which is busy

Looking Out For The City ..
Just like many restaurants I have come to try in Lexington, this one too is very compartmentalized. When I write that I mean like it has only its property, very hard to go to neighboring restaurants and other businesses from this parking lot alone. So I decided to take advantage of a T-Mobile deal and man was it packed! The cars in the drive thru at lunch were like wrapped around the entrance (the entrance is too small to even accommodate two cars passing each other). Then I decided to go inside. There was a line forming. One gal was like spooning things really quickly into disposable boxes (plates) for the drive thru, while the other was working the register and helping the inside line move. Like who the heck honestly buys anything at Panda Express at full price? Guys, if you are working a part time job ro even a full time job that pays under $15/hr., a bowl here is going to eat into an hour's worth of your wage. It is like $7.90 without tax for a bowl.I cannot really fault the customer service because it looked like this place was short staffed. There were also two or three people just preparing the food and laying it out. CRAZY! I had a mobile order and so I just stood in line and people, who online ordered, were already at the register letting the gal know they were ready for pick up. In all honesty, I think customer courtesy goes a long way in this case because if your order is not fulfilled by the time you get there, you might as well wait in the line. It slows down the people in line if they have to pick up your order first.

First time I have been disappointed in this Restaurant. We have been coming here for some time. However, tonight was a bad experience. We both got a plate with 2 entrees and two drinks. Well, their soda machine was down, they had no water so we had to buy 2 bottled drinks and our entrees were cold and it was like one entree instead of two. We will try another location for awhile.

Terrible place to visit. Was looking forward to panda express but this was horrible!! Food portions are very bad, pay extra for walnut shrimp and I only get 4!!!! Along with that, the food was unbearable!! Avoid this place at all cost!!!
