Don’t go here if they are in the process of closing ordered French onion soup just to find the asiago cheese they chose to use had gone bad ruining the entire meal. If you don’t want to give quality service than refuse customers that come in close to closing time. I will be bringing all this soup back to your restaurant.

I live 1+ hours from Lexington, so I placed an order on my app at 430 am, for pickup at 730 am. I am in the drive-through for 20 mins, starting at 729 am, I get an email saying my order was delayed. There were 4 cars in front of me, so I figured by the time I reached the window, it would surely be ready. It wasn't, and they could not give me an exact time it would be ready. I had to clock into work, so I told them to cancel my order, and I was quite frustrated. I get to work and get an email saying my order was ready at 830 am. 4 hours after I placed the order, an hour after I asked for it to be ready, and 40 minutes after I said to CANCEL my order. They had even processed my payment. I tried to call, long hold time, so I sent an email. Nothing. So I did a survey where my response is limited and FINALLY got a refund, and not so much as an apology or a reason why this happened. That would have gone a long way, but as you see on my refund receipt... nothing. As is, the experience was horrible, and if customers mean that little, i won'tgo back.

Well this was the first time I've eaten here and I didn't know what to expect . I got the pick two with chicken noodle soup and chicken bacon rancher. The soup was so good, I make a homemade chicken noodle soup and this tasted just like it does even the wife said so and that's saying a lot. The sandwich was awesome as well. I liked it so much I got the exact same meal 2 days later. Plan on going back next week and try something new. My new favorite place.

They all look like they hate their job and life! The people in the back making the food should have their hair out of their face that's disgusting and unsanitary. Everybody that works here is unfriendly! They need to get a new set of workers ones that are good with customer service!
Ted is a rock star! Placed a large order for a lunch meeting and Ted noticed something seemed weird. He called me to confirm if I did in fact order a sandwich with no bread, meat, or cheese....I have no idea what I did but it was obviously wrong. He wanted to double check with me and corrected it for me. All the food and drinks arrived in tip top shape. Not a single item out of 24 was less than perfect. I appreciated so much he went above and beyond today because it would have been a hot mess if I had tried to give someone a plate of onions and Lettuce instead of their sandwich!

The employee taking our order was super sweet, personable, and very chatty. Took our order and reminded me to put in my phone number for rewards. The food was delicious and fresh, flavorful just as I come to love Panera. Fresh baguette, and everything was as I love it. I am from Florida, visiting Kentucky, and just love the hospitality and service. Overall great experience, definitely coming back! Highly recommended!
