Whenever I arrived at Panera I was greeted with the smell of fresh bread and more. The inside environment was very cozy and gave a very fall vibe since were around that season. I ordered grilled cheese and broccoli cheddar soup. The soup was amazing, and the flavor was very potent, although the soup was good the grilled cheese kind of disappointed me. It wasn't very cheesy or grilled. The employees were very kind and surprisingly enthusiastic. Overall, I'm experience at Panera was great!

Janet made my entire experience so very pleasant! From starting my order at the drive-through to the window, she was very communicative about the process and what was taking so long for the delay in preparation of my food but also had just a warm and lovely demeanor that made me want to stay and talk to her forever. I will definitely come back to this Panera and also I hope to see Janet again because she was so welcoming!

The Hamburg location gave me half my order. This store not only gave me the Half Hamburg left out, but they actually gave a whole sandwich when I got the new one. Essentially, they bought my lunch tomorrow and I REALLY appreciate how awesome these guys are for doing this.
