Very nice place with patient staff! Food is always good! Tables not always clean though. This is for all Panera Bread franchises.

I went inside to order and was waited on right away. But I waited for 20 minutes for 2 toasted bagels. There was enough staff to take care of drive up and indoor customers. I will not go back to this location.

Food was fine, didn't really deal with any staff due to the reliance on the tablet things. Don't like those but not much choice these

Ordered a Full Size Chicken Caesar Salad for lunch, which was good. The Baguette came exactly how it is pictured. Bottom of the bag, ripped from the loaf instead of cut, and not wrapped in anything.

Currently on my twentieth minute in the drive thru for my order of one single bagel

We ordered 3 grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soups on the app and picked them up at the drive thru. They gave us a sealed bag. When we got home we found the bag contained only the soup. We called the store to request credit for the sandwiches and they hung up on us.

So very bummed. This is usually one of our favorite places to eat, Panera, not this particular location. The first thing we were told was there are no apples for the fugi apple salad. The meal cost the two of us $35. Ok but the sandwich was significantly smaller, no apples on the salad, my tomato soup may as well have been Catsup with water in a sippy cup; the bread was hard and cold. Additionally, when I requested butter, I was told there was none, only to have the lady expediting orders in the kitchen to hand me some.Veterans discounts have been discontinued, the option to purchase a cookie with the meal has gone from 99 cents to half price. It's become decidedly money grabbing, and shrunken in size. We have determined to forgo any future dining opportunities. Finally, the place was a trash pile. Dirty tables and torn seats...really?And you want to charge an arm and leg for less; I don't think so.As I said, we are bummed and disappointed that Panera has gone the way of corporate greed. Shame on you.Regretfully

The bread was hard unfortunately and cold and the flavors didn't go well together with the sandwich and the latte wasn't sweet like a latte should be. Not to mention for two people it was $40 and we didn't get hardly any food. Just not worth it plus it wasnt good. Healthy maybe but does not taste good. And the bread like why was it cold and hard? That was a first for us. Second time I learnt my lesson, no more panera bread for us.Dietary restrictions: They clearly think about what's healthy before whas tasty which for some is good but not for those that aret use to that type of food.

I eat Panera often but the customer service here is phenomenal. I received my breakfast order without eggs and came in later to talk about it and they happily replaced my sandwich and were so kind. Thank you!!

My 3yo woke up and asked for cheese sticks at around 8:30am. My husband visited & called several restaurants around Lexington with no luck, until he walked into this Panera. He briefed the girl at the counter of his weird request, but she chuckled lightly and gladly helped out by getting us a flatbread cheese pizza (with no sauce) even though they were not selling lunch yet. I appreciate the kindness and understanding of this shop to help a parent out and I will not forget it.
