Panera Bread service was spectacular!! And I made a point to tip my waitress & the team as well. They were extremely busy, unfortunately with some not very patient customers 😔 However, this is my first visit in MANY years that I've ever got home with my dinner & the food be all messed up 😔 I really can't be mad because it is the 1st time, they were swamped, and life does happen! But my dressing was left out of my Cesar salad (gasp! BC I get Xtra Cesar drsg. And my husband's steak & white cheddar sandwich had one teeny piece of steak...with NO white Cheddar cheese, but the pickled onions & horse sauce was there 😉 And on a side note, the broccoli cheddar soup was scrumptious as ever, the teriyaki chicken broccoli rice bowl was phenomenal, and the baguettes were amazing!!! Also, the cookies made a perfect sweet desert!! Still wish we could've enjoyed the steak & white cheddar sandwich (with the white cheddar ND the actual steak) along with the Cesar salad (,with Xtra ...instead of NO Cesar dressing...lol.. No harm, no foul! We lived thru it! It was not meant with malicious intent...just super busy!!! I will definitely eat there again..and again..and again 😘

Stop here for quick breakfast because it is close to work. I get the Steak and Wake. Ask for Tabasco if you like it hot. Good for work meetings and coffee catch ups.

I hate that I have to order at a kiosk that doesn't let you make substitutions. Why if you order one kind of sandwich can you have tomato soup, but if you order another you have to have the soup with rice in it? I only go to Panera because people have given me gift cards.

Nesie is the most friendly and helpful cashier I’ve ever encountered. She guided me through the rewards program and menu options with patience a very large smile on her face. The food is great but that customer service experience is second to none!!!!

Had gone into Panera a few weeks ago and evidently they gave me someone else’s order. I can’t eat Spicy or I could have rolled with it. So I called explained situation the young man said he would send me a coupon and I could come anytime thereafter and get the meal I ordered. So I decided I would go today. Told the lady wanted a whole grilled cheese and a bowl of tomato soup. Because that’s what I ordered and paid almost $18 for first time. She very politely told me my coupon was just for a Pick 2. Meaning half sandwich and a cup of soup. I told her fine and I told her I explained what I bought to person I talked to previously on phone. Anyway got to the window they lady with the very pretty accent told me be just a minute on my order. So I waited and she came back with my order smiling very gently and said “ Here’s you whole grilled cheese and a bowl of tomato soup! Now I ask how SWEET WAS SHE! She is working in an area that I’m sure she excels at. I wish I had got her name . She may have been a manager she had some badges on her shirt that I noticed as I was pulling off!! Anyway just wanted to say “ THANK YOU” for your kindness and pretty smile…
