Paid a full 7.40 on a brownie and a drink. A few mins later, employee started giving all my friends pastries from behind the counter free stuff.

The order was wrong, so I called the manager like it said on the receipt. I got a "sorry". What a joke.

Way too expensive! One small bowl of macaroni and cheese, one small Caesar salad with chicken, one small mango smoothie. $22.00 lol Won't be back

Purchased two salads and two soups to go. Soups were hot and excellent. Salads were OK as they were not made fresh like when you eat in.

Well I've said this before but Panera Bread has become my new favorite place. I just wish they had one in my town. Food was great as usual. The chicken noodle soup and the chicken bacon rancher are awesome. Wife got potato soup and a grill cheese and I have to say they are pretty good as well. Can't wait to go again. Panera if your reading this come look into Somerset KY one would go great here.

Best place to study, food is really good but very very overpriced. Unlimited sip club is great though.

The quality and accuracy of this restaurant has really declined since Covid. If you want accuracy, then drive five minutes out of your way and go to Brannon Road In Nicholasville. My son was sick and craving chicken noodle soup and its broth so I went through the drive-through. I was the first car in line and I still had to wait 15 to 20 minutes to receive this order. They did not have any baguettes and I asked for a substitute bread and was given chips. When I got home, my son opened his soup and couldn’t identify what it was. It turns out it was chicken & wild rice, which is super thick and does not have a broth. He did not eat it.

We came in to get some dinner and met an employee named George. He was the sweetest person I have ever met and made my experience amazing! We love George!

Food was good, not excellent, but it was freezing in the restaurant. Drinks are over $3 for a 12 oz cup.

Coming from a recent employee let go by a retaliating, mendacious manager... (I complained of the lack of training, and unsanitary practices.)

Please Stop eating at places that don't really abide by the culture they preach, be mindful that what goes on behind closed doors matters more than what is shown to you.

I'm surprised ppl aren't sick everytime they eat here.

I didn't support this place before I worked here, I only ate what I personally made While I worked here, and will never return to this place at any location now that I'm gone.

It was a temporary situation that took way to long to get in the door for, and quickly showed me why the turnover rate is significant!

*don't use the utensils , plates or bowls... and order inside, the drive through area is disgusting
