I'm not liking the order in your own and nobody is at the front to give you your cups for water or anything else. Too much automation and no reduction in prices.

There was no service. Placed the order on a kiosk. When ready they hollered your name to pick up. Tables dirty. Had to ask for glasses for our drinks. Ordered cup. Was 1/2 full.

No hair nets? Oh, we pull our hair back. Yeah, not a couple of guys. Cross contamination? Yeah, worker wearing gloves was observed coming from the kitchen, using the register, handling cash, then back into the kitchen, touching things in there, then coming back out, grabbing some bread from the front cabinet.....those should have been changed at least once. A little disturbing as I watched other workers making sandwiches, also wearing gloves. Low counter, labeled specifically for use by the disabled to be able to retrieve their food? Yeah, used as storage, or as a desk or whatever, but piled with stuff so it would be unusable, not to mention the stool sitting in the way.

I just want to take a moment to recognize Amanda, the manager at this Panera Bread. She is by far the best manager I’ve ever seen. Her customer service above & Beyond . She’s attentive, kind, and makes sure every guest feels welcomed and taken care of. You can tell she truly cares about both her customers and her team. Amanda is the reason I’ll keep coming back . Panera is lucky to have her!

I love Panera , but this location is terrible . Very slow and always out of food. I went at 9:30 and did an online order for a bagel, cream cheese and a large tea . No cream cheese and no large cups . Last time I went to dinner at 4, order a Caesar Salad and they were out of dressing . It’s also soooo slow . New management is needed, because you are losing customers every day !

Ordered a soup and sandwich for lunch. The chicken noodle soup was all broth and consisted of 1 noodle and 2 pieces of chicken. The sandwich was ok. Definitely not worth getting anything here.

Had a great lunch with a friend. Panera is consistent. They were flying their pride flag in June and that impressed me as that isn't the easiest thing to do these days. Definitely want to support this business. Let us hang out and talk, no rushing us to turn the table over.
