I just want to take a moment to recognize Amanda, the manager at this Panera Bread. She is by far the best manager I’ve ever seen. Her customer service above & Beyond . She’s attentive, kind, and makes sure every guest feels welcomed and taken care of. You can tell she truly cares about both her customers and her team. Amanda is the reason I’ll keep coming back . Panera is lucky to have her!
Had a great lunch with a friend. Panera is consistent. They were flying their pride flag in June and that impressed me as that isn't the easiest thing to do these days. Definitely want to support this business. Let us hang out and talk, no rushing us to turn the table over.
Annelise is by far the best! She always makes sure to remember our little extras we order and reminds us to use our rewards! She is super helpful when we are being indecisive. We have been trying more options and the staff here is just awesome! Not as cool as Annelise but the teamwork there is jam up! We appreciate the managers here also as they are very kind and patient with every single customer. The service industry can be really hard but they all smile and really take care...
