“Papa John's pizza guy had a fiasco delivering my pizza. I was so furious it brought me to tears! I naturally reported my disappointment to their customer support. I received a phone call today from their manager. He explained to me they had a full day with unexpected orders/larger than normal. He was very nice and I was reimbursed by giving me store credit for how much I spent/lost on my order from the other day. It made my day.
I also would like to add that Papa John's has the best bread sticks. I don't think you can get plain bread sticks at any other pizza establishment in Lexington Kentucky either.“
“Food is always fresh and the service is on point, I normally only order pizzas late at night.
Vegetarian options: If you want a vegetarian pizza you can customize one online. They have olive, onions, green bell peppers, jalapeno, banana pepper.“
“The employees at this location go above and beyond for their customers. When i was a small child i didnt like papa johns or pizza in general. As i got older i have gained taste for pizza. This location is the best one and they make the pizza fast and easy. I highly recommend this establishment“

“I usually don’t even like papa John’s but this specific store makes some amazing pizza!! I keep going back and the pizza is always so fresh, cheesy and the toppings are generous. This last anchovi thin crust I got in the photos actually reminded me of the pizza I got in New York although a much smaller slice, haha.“
“I am a student at the University of Kentucky, and this Papa John's is the best pizza that I have had in a long time. Their pepperoni pizza is my favorite, and whenever I order on the app, there is ALWAYS a deal on it. I have gone to this location over 10 times. The pizza is always hot and ready whenever I walk into the store to get it, and the workers are always very nice to me. My favorite thing about this Papa John's is that they take flex dollars that students get from being a student at the University of Kentucky. I lived in Holmes Hall my freshman year, and it was very helpful because I was always able to just walk down the street to eat at Papa John's. My last tip for how good this Papa John's is that buying liters of drinks is a lot cheaper at this location than it is at The Wildcat Pantry.“

“Want much of a Papa fan before but I've been eating here close to a year now. While every pizza hasn't been great, it's been very above average overall. The pizza I got tonight was one of the best. Sometimes they miss extra add-ons but they won't mind fixing it if they do. Friendly, fast, and above average.“
