I am a student at the University of Kentucky, and this Papa John's is the best pizza that I have had in a long time. Their pepperoni pizza is my favorite, and whenever I order on the app, there is ALWAYS a deal on it. I have gone to this location over 10 times. The pizza is always hot and ready whenever I walk into the store to get it, and the workers are always very nice to me. My favorite thing about this Papa John's is that they take flex dollars that students get from being a student at the University of Kentucky. I lived in Holmes Hall my freshman year, and it was very helpful because I was always able to just walk down the street to eat at Papa John's. My last tip for how good this Papa John's is that buying liters of drinks is a lot cheaper at this location than it is at The Wildcat Pantry.

My boyfriend ordered a pizza from here & we found a roach baked right into it!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! He went back to get a refund & they wanted us to request it through door dash even though we called the store to order and payed the delivery man in cash. After 45 mins of discussing they finally gave us a refund after acting like it wasnât their problem. They also werenât wearing gloves, dealing with trash and returning to make pizzas without washing their hands. The man he was talking to also had the smell of alcohol on his breath.

Canât even deliver to the correct address, somehow they manage to hire drivers that canât read. I received half of my order and another addressâ order for my other half so 2 people are screwed out of their money donât order from here. Manager didnât even apologize just rudely said âdo you want someone to come back out or do you just want a refundâ obviously the refund Iâm scared the driver wouldnât make it here

Regular price is $29. For a medium 2 topping and cheese bread which is wild. I had a free cheese bread and $4 off so I got it all for $4.23. Heart shaped pizza for Motherâs Day, very good lunch!

I was watching every employee make pizzas with no gloves on. They were all touching the pepperoni and the bread with no gloves on. thatâs very unsanitary and disgusting. I told the worker taking others and she went bask and told the lady making mine and she got an attitude. she put on clothes JUST to make my pizza and then i seen her take her clothes off and continue making others pizzas with no gloves on. when working with food you always need to have gloves on no matter what. thatâs very unsanitary and donât appreciate the attitude coming from her.

Ordered and called and they said we could pay in flex. We had .60$ on flex for last semester but over 530$ on flex for this semester. We tried explaining how if they could take out .60$ on the first flex the rest would be taken out on the flex account that had 530$. Worked instead said there was nothing they could do and made us pay with card. Didnât want to listen on how to help or nothing. Wouldnât have ordered if we couldnât use flex. Showed that we had over 500 in flex to worker just said nothing he could do. Even though we tried to explain what to do.
The service that papa Johns has been giving has been horrible! Especially this location!!! They are constantly forgetting items out of the order delivering food 2 hours late! Or always forget my sauce or drinks! Like whatâs up with that?

I usually order pizza once a week from here however tonight my pizza was beyond disgusting, it was dry and appeared old like $50 wasted down the drain they just lost a loyal customer đ„ș GROSS!!!

I ordered through doordash and I guess this was the default store not sure what issues were going on with service today but i try to be very forgiving as food service can be stressful. But this was unacceptable not sure why i even received this. Then when I call I got alot of attitude when all I wanted was what I paid for. Very unfortunate
