I spent $50 on a delivery order (wings, drink, side, pizza) and they only delivered part of it (just the pizza) 😞 i called them about it but they never sent the rest. Posting here because idk how else to get recourse about this. 50 is a LOT for just a pizza 🥴

I ordered through doordash and I guess this was the default store not sure what issues were going on with service today but i try to be very forgiving as food service can be stressful. But this was unacceptable not sure why i even received this. Then when I call I got alot of attitude when all I wanted was what I paid for. Very unfortunate

This place used to be my go to spot for Papa’s pizza. As of recent the quality has gone downhill to the extent of me simply leaving my order in discontent. The team there makes the experience ultra enjoyable, even after the instance of touching my food barehanded with a bandaid on. Still gave my folks another shot after the frustration…
However to no avail. They are simply not as invested into quality anymore. Hit or miss every time now. (30% hit, 70-75% huge miss).
Almost sad at the way these restaurants are changing.

I gave them a second chance on 11/22/2024 and lo and behold, an hour and 20 minutes after ordering, still no pizza. I just had to cancel my order since it never arrived. Lesson learned. Will not order from here ever again.
I ordered my food today at 11:39am with an ETA of 42 minutes. It's now 12:28pm and the driver was 6 minutes from me and the tracker now shows him 18 minutes away. Unacceptable that my food now has an ETA of 12:47pm.....more than one hour after I ordered. But who knows if the food will really arrive then or not. Won't order here again

The last 3 or 4 times we’ve ordered for delivery, it’s taken close to an hour, I’m less than a mile from the store. We get the message it’s out for delivery & it takes 20 more minutes to arrive. The pizzas have been delivered by door dash & not a Papa John’s person & the pizzas are either cold or have slid around in the box so much that it’s folded over

They use DoorDash and it takes 30-40 minutes to get a pizza. Out for delivery. And 40 minutes later. We get our cold pizza.

I just wanted to thank the Papa John’s pizza on Avenue of Champions in Lexington Kentucky for the free personal pizza. I was in town for a UK rifle match and was wondering where to eat lunch when one of your employees giving away free pizzas to UK football fans approached my truck ans I sat in traffic and offered me a pizza. Because of your generosity, PJ is on my permanent list of go to pizza places now. Thank you.
For UK students, you can use Flex dollars to pay if you order by cash via the app. I’d highly recommend the one-topping carry out deal on the app, you can get a large one-topping pizza for $8!
