We were pulling into a one way(a delivery driver with the logo of papa johns was going the wrong way) we tried to tell him it was a one way, he got mad, got out and was trying to fight! We ignored him, he pulled back around talking about "what's up", we rolled up the window, we pulled around to go back down Euclid, he was standing in the middle of papa johns parking lot waving his arms talking... mess... threatening us..... we pulled off, how are u driving the company car, and you in the wrong but going to try to fight us? It's not that serious! Btw, describing a darker male, with a short beard, he's making them look bad, he should be fired.

I ordered delivery to my apartment and the driver dropped it off at the wrong building and could not tell me which one when I called to ask about it. Called the store and was told it would be re-delivered and never received any confirmation about it afterwards. After over an hour since that phone call (>2 hours since original order) and still no pizza I called the store for a refund and was told because it was sent back out a second time there was no way to offer a refund and the best I could get was store credit, which only works at this particular location which no one could pay me to ever purchase anything from again. Terrible experience, the general manager refused to make any effort to give me back the money I was scammed out of. Please choose any other location to eat at

So this particular location is half a block from me. We get pizza a lot. But... not so much anymore. This particular location has absolutely skimped meats on the last four of our pizzas (different days, months) and a couple papadillas. I am able to count roughly 12 pieces of sausage on a large pizza. I worked in Pizza. I know how it works. And rather than a scoop... these people have been consistently using a pinch. The pizza itself is always bland as can be and while the veggies are in normal supply the meat is ALWAYS obviously skimped. I am so frustrated having paid repeatedly for this and feeling like I have been robbed that I have refused to try this location at all, opting to go across town for Little Caesars where I can get a lot more for a lot less. I wish I had pictures to post.I am about to roll the dice on their wings out of convenience and will update with that experience. This store disappoints me beyond belief but everyone there is at least nice as can be.

I know its not the company, we eat it all the time. This location is the problem. The cheese sticks, not bad. (considering it came with extra cheese and pineapple which I didn’t actually order)Pizza was just crust and meat, pretty much no cheese, pretty much no sauce. Just awful all around.I’m not saying don’t get Papa Johns! They’re Great! Just shut this place down because it makes you guys look bad!

I ordered my pizza at 10 and I called at 11 and they said they would bring me another pizza and then 30 minutes later I call back and the same lady says to call back in the morning becuase they’re closed. So Bad! Should be fired and never rehired anywhere

Just awful. Ordered a papadila based upon pictures and other people's experiences at different stores. I ordered the BBQ chicken and it literally had 9 pieces of tiny chicken on it. It wasn't just the lack of chicken, there also was pretty much no other toppings either. I basically got overcooked crust.
