I have been a loyal customer to this Papa Johns, but my pizza was over 46 minutes late from the promised delivery time and when I called the manager went off on me? Do not waste your time ordering from this place, they will not take care of you! RIDICULOUS, hire better managers that know how to talk to customers

This is for Shaquille O'Neal, don't let them use your honorable name advertising pizza for Papa John's. I order 2 Shaq-A-Roni pizza's and it really disappointed me, it had no pepperoni's and cheese as the commercial. I hope people see my comment and don't order this

Operator said that the pizza would be delivered 24 to 34 minutes. It was 41 minutes which was fine but the pizza was cool. I'm only 1/2 miles away. Disappointed.

I really don't know how Papa John's stays open it's the worst brand and franchise there is and the boys there like to hump each other on breaks and then touch people food, customer service corporate is just as bad, don't go to them I'm honestly trying to save you future trouble before you find out hard way

My husband and I ordered delivery to our hotel, and though the delivery was prompt, the pizza was horrible. The cheese tasted so bad it was as if it was old or had been sitting out at room temp for too long and the crust was so chewy it was hard to fully chew to swallow. The cheese sticks were even worse. We both got a little sick later on from it and the horrible taste stuck with me. I really hope this was a one time occurrence. I’ve never had a bad experience with Papa John’s until now.

I no longer support Papa John's & advise other African American people to boycott this racist establishment as well! The food is horribly made, and when you ask the manager for a refund he becomes aggressive like an untamed animal! He begins to tell you he's been on the job for 12 years, refuses to remake the order when customer is unsatisfied, raises his voice to customers, becomes combative, and forcefully makes people take the food they DO NOT want because he says so. His customer service skills lack compassion, humanity, general customer service, and lack of management skills & leadership. FIRE THE MANAGER! LEARN WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS! NOT BE RACIST OR RUDE TO CUSTOMERS! FIX THE PROBLEM OR GIVE REFUNDS WHEN ASKED! DO NOT BE COMBATIVE WITH CUSTOMERS! NO ONE CARES HOW LONG YOU'VE BEEN ON A JOB, DO WHAT'S RIGHT! UNDERSTAND CUSTOMERS WORK HARD FOR THEIR MONEY & EXPECT QUALITY WITHOUT THE CUSTOMERS THERE WOULD BE NO BUSINESS AND THE MANAGER WOULDN'T HAVE A JOB!
