Ordered online for delivery, paid the money and received the completely wrong order. Thus having to go out there physically and get the correct order, and they offered nothing but a remake. Honestly. You order food and pay the delivery fees it should be CORRECT. DO BETTER.

Received notice my pizza was ready for pickup. Sat in the drive through waiting while the window was open and people walked past until I honked my horn. Waited another 8 minutes and then was told one of my pizzas had to be remade. Total time from getting to restaurant until receiving my pizza was 25 minutes!! This location is usually much better than this, but tonight was awful.

I ordered a large half & half pizza. The first one the cheese bubbled up so the manager made me another pizza. I appreciate Papa Johns pizza. The employees were all nice & courteous to me. Good pizza!!!!! Keep up the good job

I've been doing the online carry-out from this location for a few months now. I find it incredibly reliable: my order is always correct, it gets made super quickly, it is always excellent quality, and the employees at the drive-thru are super nice. They almost always have good deals online for select menu items, too! Love grabbing a quick pizza from here!

I placed an order for delivery over an hour and a half ago, and I still haven't received it. When I called to check on my order after an hour, I was told so casually that they were waiting for DoorDash to pick it up. Why would you rely on a third party for your deliveries? If I wanted to order thru DoorDash , I would have ordered from them! The person who answered the phone was rude and seemed completely indifferent to my concerns. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I won't be ordering from Papa John's .

Set pick up at 9:30. Picked the pizza up at 9:20. 5 minutes drive home and everything was cold, crust were harder then a rock. Very disappointed.
This papa Johns is so nasty. I moved to Lexington from dyersburg, Tn where the papa Johns was excellent. They overload the pep, put no cheese, and no sauce. If you order extra cheese it’s a gloopy mess with no sauce. The pizza is totally nasty. I tried 3 times and even tried to have it corrected. They just don’t know how to make pizza at this location. Stay away.
