Pizza was bland and hardly any cheese, the boneless wings were dry and tasted like they got frozen chicken nuggets from the Walmart next door. I spent $20, never again.

I order from them often...never had a problem til recently and it wasn't even their fault...it was the delivery service. A lady named Ashley (SUPERB at customer service) took care of it immediately. She was kind, courteous and understanding. I had no complaints with the food at all and it was not their delivery driver but another company. Thank you Ashley for being so gracious.

Ordered a pizza online. Tracker shows it will be delivered in five minutes and then it says order cancelled. Called store and they say the address on the delivery is the store address. My app has the right address, they said they called, they called a phone number that isn’t on the app. Basically, said I have to reorder. Then say you’ll get your money back in 3 days. So, they take your money, tie it up for three days and cancel your order. Then the manager hangs up on you and doesn’t even offer to make it right. They use Door Dash to deliver their pizza. I will never order from here again , it is the third straight time they have screwed up an order and I will make sure that I inform everyone I know to keep from eating here.

The Papa John's at Saron Drive delivers orders to the wrong address!!! Apparently, consistently. Last week, I came home from work at 12:30am, to find a Papa John's order...pizza, bread sticks, a dessert and a 2ltr of Pepsi... in front of my door.It was for an apartment, in the same complex, but across the street.Tonight, I DID order from there, and tracked the order. It showed the driver at the complex so I went downstairs and watched for the person to pull up.Never happened, but the order track said delivered. I ran into one of the downstairs neighbors, and he said the same thing happened to him, YESTERDAY. So, this is something they are aware of, yet still allow it to happen.Anyone care to guess where I WON'T be buying pizza anymore?

They're fast and friendly and the pizza is always good! The only major complaint I have is they are incredibly stingy with pepperoni and meats. If I pay more for a second topping that does NOT mean I want less of my other topping. When I have less than 2 full pepperoni slices per pizza there's an issue! They also hid my toppings under cheese so didn't see until I left. Pepperoni isn't expensive so don't lose a customer over quality control or greed!

This place is ridiculous they delivered my order to the wrong apartment number then told me to go look for it. Two managers I spoke to and couldn’t get an answer about my order. They wanted me to get my order from the apartment they delivered it to. So now I have to wait another hour for my order these managers need to learn to do their jobs

They have never screwed up my order and I've ordered from here for years!! Love this location! Always friendly at the drive thru!

Terrible delivery experience, at first they delivered me the wrong order and when I called them they said they sent out my order since it was still at the store. After waiting two hours I still didn't have a pizza and no one could tell me where it was. What a waste of time, go somewhere else!

Excessive wait time to order from this location. I placed an order and 45 minutes later I cancelled due to the pizza still not even making it to the oven. Who knows how long it would have taken otherwise. Second time having issues with excessive waits here - I wont make that mistake again.

In my time, my experience has been pretty good with this Papa Johns. Never had any serious issues with my order. Any complaints would lean more on the side of the experience of ordering online, which is irrelevant here. Keep up the good work!

We waited outside for damn near an hour after the delivery time. Didn't receive the order. When we called the store, we were told by the manager that he and the delivery driver tried to call us, but they did not (my # is the # they read off to me). I'm hangry. My husband is hangry. This sucks.
