literally the rudest workers ever :/ i just got a cheese pizza (because they said “we’re only doing cheese” like four hours before close) but the guy in front of me asked for wings and they said “we’re not doing anything specialty dude” like ??? it’s honestly insane how bad the service is. it’s the same every other time ive been there too

I ordered pizza from this location and never got any updates on it. I tried calling and nobody ever picked up. And it's two hours later and still nothing. I will never order from this location again. Oh and they still charged my card.

horrible customer service payed $12.68 just to call an uber to tell them I did not get my pizza the manager with red hair long pony tail beard was really rude and inconsiderate told me that the driver gave my pizza to the person walking pass and is not compensating me for anything. never ordering again.

Just awful. Ordered a papadila based upon pictures and other people's experiences at different stores. I ordered the BBQ chicken and it literally had 9 pieces of tiny chicken on it. It wasn't just the lack of chicken, there also was pretty much no other toppings either. I basically got overcooked crust.

We had ordered some pizza today at a place we were renting in Lexington. There was a mix-up/confusion on where the pizza was left for the no contact delivery but the staff was so nice and helpful!! They made a second trip back out for us and it was so appreciated. Thanks to the manager and delivery driver for getting us taken care of!!!
