Lots of fresh ingredients whether it be a combination or your own creation. Love the variety of crusts. The Mediterranean salad is always tender and vibrant with peppers, olives etc. Excellent value. The store is always clean and inviting. The manager is welcoming and hires staff with an inviting personality that have a good work ethic like manager models.

Had Papa Murphy's several years ago and remembered the delicious taste. I went to the Beaumont location and the clerk/pizza maker was very insistent on making it with fresh ingredients. It was wonderful after baking.

You can get a $5 Fave (a simple 1 topping large... Pepperoni, Italian sausage, or cheese) and bake as is or throw your own on top, if you have some other toppings lying about the fridge. We generally do from making mini pizzas using flour tortillas as a crust. Sometimes ya just have to have a different taste though. Papa Murphy's has quality ingredients that deliver that taste every time. It seems like they have not changed anything in 20-25 years we've patronized them here and in Missouri.

Service depends on who is working here. I've gotten everything from a teenager who rolls their eyes when I say my pizza is wrong to fast and efficient. It's an easy dinner to take home and bake. Food quality has always been good.

Terrible customer service. I've loved Papa Murphy's since having it for the first time in my home state of Ohio about 10 years ago. When I lived in Georgetown, KY I was a very frequent customer. I just found out about the location here in Lexington in Beaumont Circle. Wednesday of last week I decided I had cooked for several days straight so I wanted to take a break. A customer before me got inside the restaurant about 15 seconds before me and I could hear the employees happily greet her with, "hello how are you doing today? What kind of pizza would you like today?" The door shut and I walked in and they just stared. I haven't been to Papa Murphy's since I lived in Georgetown two years ago so I read over the menu for changes. Still no hello. No, have you had Papa Murphy's before. I took my eyes off the menu and both employees were still staring as if I didn't belong. I decided to leave and go over to Kroger instead. I was tired but I rather spend my money where I feel welcomed.
