We were seated immediately with a basket of chips. After that we were there for about 10 minutes until we waved down someone and asked if we could see our waiter to order. It took about another 5 minutes for our waiter to make it to our table. At that point I wasn't hungry from eating the chips, which were dry and had no salt or seasoning on them. We came in with a plan to have margaritas, but their specials were not clearly posted and the Tuesday margartia special is only if its before a UK game day, so we ended up not getting margaritas. The waiter was so busy, they had to leave the pitcher of water with us. When we got our food they gave someone at my table the wrong order, said they would fix the price on our receipt since it was significantly more costly than what they ordered, and never did. I ordered a tortilla soup and it was very salty. I couldn't taste the spices and peppers in it from the salt. The staff seemed friendly, but the restaurant is overcrowded and not managed strongly.

The rice and beans were spot on. The shrimp in my fajitas were perfect. Everything that was fried had the taste of oil like it had been over fried. Everything else was average.

I just love this place so much. It’s so nice to support local businesses as well. The staff has a good age range as well which I like and I’ve never had a bad experience with anyone. God the chicken fajitas are so amazing!! I love papis and i recommend it over and over!

Was charged a “large party” automatic tip for 3 people. Was not checked up on frequently and didn’t even get to see the bill before I paid.

I ordered to go and didn't get silverware, when I asked she said most people take the food home.I ordered a burrito as well smothered and it wasn't when I took it back they gave me a cup of queso. I asked for another salsa and she said they dont do that. But this was the order sigh it's a no for me. I'm surprisingly disappointed!

This is a very nice place for large groups to meet. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. Large menu choices. Good place to meet for drinks. It’s a fancier version of the other locations. I really wanted to build a bowl but server wasn’t aware if that was an option. So I prefer the drive-in location on South Broadway. It’s more of a low key vibe.

First, let me preface in saying that our server was great and overall it looked like all the wait staff were doing great. However, the owner/manager/whoever has shoved so many tables in that you can’t even pull a chair out without hitting a neighboring table. Additionally, the back of my chair was hit with a rolling dish cart three different times, hard, moving my whole seat and table. My fiancé basically had someone sit on his shoulder not once, but twice because there just is not enough room for people to move around their tables, especially the poor waiters trying to work. Additionally, I do not think this current arrangement would support anyone being able to move freely in a wheelchair without bumping into literally EVERYTHING.
I get trying to make as much money as possible, but when you sacrifice guest and staff safety it just seems like poor organization and selfish ambition. If you want more patrons, get a bigger restaurant.
