I definitely got old donuts here. I've been to Denver, Knoxville, and Greenville locations and this is the only time this has happened to me.

I took my daughters out to Parlor as a treat, we were first timers here. There is meter parking on the side of the building and a small strip of free parking in the back, parking was pretty good for the area.
The 4 of us each got a donut, and the 4 of us have different reviews.
Service was phenomenal, the staff was so friendly and patient.
As for the food, we got the vegan option of their donuts and they come gluten free which was nice because i needed mine to be both gluten free and vegan.
I personally wasnt a fan, but understand i am a plain jane kinda gal, and these are fancy gourmet donuts. It was great for what its supposed to be, but not for me preference wise.
My daughter however LOVED it. Shes more of a classy gal, she loves fancy places and macarons lol so this was right up her alley.
They are on the more expensive side, but what isn't these days? Also, again, i would consider these gourmet donuts. Think along the realm of crumble cookie in donut form with a more hipster vide to it.
Give them a try.

Are these _supposed_ to be served cold? (At 10am... on a Monday?)
We tried a cookies and cream and a strawberry shortcake... Waited 10 minutes for the order... Drove home (5 minutes) And yet, both were cold, stiff... and, well, unimpressive...? Flavors were decent, but who wants a cold, stiff doughnut? Not me... 🤷🏼♂️
Not exactly what I'd expect from an apparent 'made to order' doughnut spot.
Tons of seating, decent menu options, but... left us rather confused.

Absolutely incredible. Tried three kinds, all were more of a “cronut” than a traditional donut. Would go every week if I was local.

Spent $25.00 on 6 donuts that were hard and stale. I called to advise and was told they were prepared fresh but overbaked. They would not refund my money because I paid cash. I'll never go back.

How Do You Sleep At Night?!?!
Parlor Doughnuts, You should be ashamed of yourselves….for making such deliciousness! These Doughnuts, dare I say, Cronuts are buttery, flakey, and layered just like a croissant and yet has the perfect outer crust to indulge in. With many different flavors, they accommodate those that are Vegan, Vegetarian or Gluten Free. You have to try the French Toast.
We love your café and can’t wait for our next visit. If your in the Lexington area or find a Parlor Doughnuts near you, don’t miss out on the best Doughnut experience. 🤗

The atmosphere here is great. Service is friendly and helpful. A couple days a week, this place has vegan and gluten free donuts. (They are both, not either or) Call before you go to make sure if they have them. The flavors were ok, except the lemon. That was delightful! The v gf donuts were very crumbly, like eat with a fork.
Parking: Right alongside the building, past the intersection. We came on the weekend and many spots were open.
Wheelchair accessibility: First level, accessible parking. No powered door.

Donuts were excellent, but their coffee was atrocious. We had to wait for 20 minutes go get it, nobody even came out to make it for a long time, and my cold brew was bitter as heck. My friends who got lattes said it just tasted like coffee and had no flavor (they both got specialty lattes). I would recommend not getting the coffee.

Spent over 70.00$ on donuts. Ordered a sausage biscuit, waited 20 minutes for it and finally had to leave without it.
Staff was polite at least.
