Great Atmosphere and delicious food!
This place is fantastic for gluten free pasta! Reasonably priced as well.

Pasta Garage used to be one of our favorite restaurants in town, but the last few times we have ordered carry out we have been disappointed either by them leaving out a part of our order, or most recently when it took them over an hour to process our order. I sat there and watched people order at the window, get their food, eat it and leave all while waiting on a simple $50 order. When I politely asked to talk to a manager, I had what was almost a comical interaction with the person I asked- sort of like they tried to switch themselves into manager mode. I kindly explained that my order had been placed over an hour ago online and asked if I would be better off next time to order in person since those orders seemed to only be taking 10-15 minutes for them to turnaround. This was a serious question… My question was ignored and they blamed being short staffed, all of the orders coming in at once, and me arriving before my ticket time even though I wasn’t handed my food until twenty minutes after that ticket time- bold of him to try to blame me for being early even though the food was still twenty minutes late. Maybe they shouldn’t allow for online orders when they are short staffed… We will have to give this place a rest for awhile before we try again. Quite a sad experience from a place that we used to thoroughly enjoy.

This was our 3rd time here. Don’t get me wrong the food is amazing. But if you want to wait an hour and a half for your PASTA to come out then go for it. Every time we come it takes FOREVER! This time they claimed to have lost our ticket, when we noticed people that came in 30min after us were getting their food. Pasta and sauce should not take this long. Their system is flawed.

I’ve always enjoyed the food at Pasta Garage, but my recent experience was beyond disappointing. I placed an online order, received a pick-up time (ordered at 7:28, told would be ready at 8:10, and cancelled at 8:08) and arrived just five minutes past that, only to find out my order had been *cancelled*. The reason? The restaurant got too busy. Not only was my order cancelled with super late notice, but they also didn’t offer to remake it while I waited.
The manager, or at least someone who seemed to be in charge, was completely unconcerned about the situation, brushing it off because they were "too busy." It begs the question: why even accept online orders if you're going to cancel them when things get hectic?
This is not how you run a business. I was left with no food and no alternative, which is unacceptable. It’s a shame because the food is good, but this level of service makes me think twice about returning. I hope they address this issue, as it's a terrible practice to leave customers in a lurch like this.

The spinach dip is so good!
My Husband enjoyed the lasagna and I had the Chicken Alfredo, The pasta and sauce was excellent but, The chicken tasted like it came out of a bag and was rubbery.
We wanted to try the Gelato but after standing there for 5-8 minutes with no service we left, maybe next time.

Called to place a bulk order after purchasing some pasta from a farmers market. Employee that answered was not sure, so got a manager . The manager was extremely rude saying there was no way they would get the order ready for the next day. I explained that was no problem ,and asked if I could order for pick up the following week . He proceeded to tell me to go online, and put an order in and basically refused to take an order over the phone . When going online there is no option to do what I was asking only order meals . I proceeded to email the customer service email on the website . The email is either full or not working so I received an email saying it was not delivered. When also trying to place the order I explained the employees told me to call what to ask for and the price he laughed at me over the phone and said yeah that’s not true to the price. Again I stayed calm ,and asked if he could give me a price or estimate and again he would not help. Overall horrible experience and poor customer service. This manager should be removed from a customer service role if this is how he is going to act . Unfortunately due to the poor customer we will no longer be a customer for personal or work orders.

Called to place a bulk order after purchasing some pasta from a farmers market. We have purchased uncooked pasta from the farmers market a few times and loved it ! When asking the employee if we could purchase in bulk several of them told us yes all we had to do was call and place a bulk order unusually a day prior . Called and the Employee that answered was not sure, so got a manager . The manager was extremely rude saying there was no way they would get the order ready for the next day. Last week me and my honey bunny did date night Pasta Garage "Italian Cafe" Pasta making class. It’s an out of this world experience. Bonus we ran into a fellow Aaron-Rachel couple. They start you with a bunch of appitizers while you settle in, and unlimited wine, red, white, they have moscato d’ asti as desired. If you need something else they are so accommodating. Jose was awesome, making sure everyone was having fun, playful jokes, great instructor. Learning the humble beginnings of my friend Lesme J. Romero Boutto making pasta at home on a little machine, giving out samples at restaurants, selling at the farmers market.
You get to drink and nosh for several hours as you tour, and walk through the steps of pasta making. You make some to cook that night, and some to take home. Your group decides what you’re making to take home. Then you cook up the pasta, help plate it, and bon appetite. Also you add the creme to the cannolis for dessert.
For date night and or a group members 60th birthday party, it’s an experience you won’t ever forget.
