06/30/2025- I got Dagwood and it was horrible. I asked for it grilled and all of the meat looked like beef jerky. I had to throw half of the sandwich away. I wish these placeswould hire people who care about the food they put out. I have worked in food industry all my life and I would have never served a customer what they served. I know we tipped but why should you tip these workers nowadays. Maybe robots would not be so bad because you would have consistency and no tipping. Or maybe get food trucks a brick and mortar and people who care. I always voted for Penn Station over these others like Jersey Mike’s, Subway but I will not do Penn Station ever again. I wish I had taken a picture smh

Great food , always a well put together sub.
Friendly staff and the location fits a sub sandwich. It's off of nicholasville road in a moderate traffic in a center with a large parking lot.

The pizza was good. They usually dont make pizza. It took me several hours of begging, crying, and threatening them to convince them of the dire necessity of my situation. A situation in which unfortunately, I will never have time to explain in my review. Thus leaving you slightly flabbergasted and moderately bamboozled.

To summarize this review, I find the service quite lacking.
I will never come here again.

The Manager Chaz is the MAN! His crew is always great when I come in , make great sandwiches and are very good and friendly! Never once had an issue with their food or especially the service. Quick, easy, and great! Definitely my go to sub place from now on!

Ordered Philly Cheesesteak with everything. Got it home and it was a terrible dry sandwich, just meat and cheese. Missing all the mayo and vegetables which I specifically asked to be on the sandwich. $60 for 3 sandwiches and the order was wrong.

Ordered 5 sandwiches via DoorDash and received 5 meat and cheese only subs. Adults eating like kids for dinner tonight. Over $60 for this kind of treatment. I tried contacting via telephone for an hour… No answer. Insist on a proper setup on your sandwich’s!

The manager on 5/30/24 has to be the most hatful person I have dealt with this location. I will be visiting the Richmond Rd location if I decide to spend my money with Penn Station again.

Good food but the staff seems miserable. Pissed to answer any question. Didn’t greet a sole or smile at anyone. So frustrated to be working.
