Good food but the staff seems miserable. Pissed to answer any question. Didn’t greet a sole or smile at anyone. So frustrated to be working.

Last night around 6:30 I came in to this location to get me a sandwich. Upon ordering a cordon bleu, I asked what I wanted on it, to which I replied, "everything that it comes with". The younger kid informed me that it didn't come with anything at all. Another guy at the other end took me order. It took about 15 minutes or so to get my order. The guys behind the counter were using the "f" word every other sentence. I don't think they cared that customers were in the building. Definitely a place I won't be returning to.

Definitely my favorite place for consistently tasty subs and mouth watering cheesesteaks.

Service was lacking. I just wanted a ham and cheese sandwich. I should have gone somewhere else.It appeared the order taker was new - the cook had to help him.I just wanted mustard and lettuce on it.When he rang it up and told me it cost $7.20, I asked him if he was sure because that is very expensive for a small sandwich. He replied that the prices are listed. - rudely.Well, it's been a very long time since I've been here. It will be another very long time until I return.BTW, I have visited many Penn Stations throughout the country.

No where else have I had an artichoke sub as good as at this Penn Station location. Tonight, I ordered a regular artichoke sub, but when I arrived to pick up the order, there was no record of it. So, I went back to my car to get my phone that had the confirmation number. When I came back, they had found my order and apparently had mistakenly given it to someone else. With no hesitation, a new sub was put on the grill and was ready in minutes. This location has the best customer service and I'd like to thank the staff for quickly taking care of the problem. And yes, the sub was delicious!

VERY SLOW. I waited over 20 minutes for my food. Worker gave other customers coupons and free drinks. Didn't offer me anything. Will not return.

The crew at PS was awesome. So friendly and informative. Had a cheese steak as they challenged me (from Philly) the roll was a good attempt at an Amoroso, and the steak was a good cut of beef. The issue was meat to roll ratio was on the slim side. For $13 for a regular size and limited meat... lost a star, sad they don't have onion ring but had good fries. Bill is high for what u get.

Always fresh, and staff are nice. Gets busy during lunch, be sure to order like 30+ minutes ahead.Parking: Gets packed and busy in shopping center.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty

13 dollar custom sandwich and they left off 90% of what I asked for. Absolute trash. Cook should be let go.

Penn station is good. some of the best fries if they arent stingy with the malt vinegar. For some reason malt vinegar I have used in two places. Penn station and Long John Silvers when i was a little fat load. Anyway, if Penn sation made it in this town why didnt Quiznos? I miss them. Oh and this zandale location of penn station was not busy and every table needed serious clean up. Lots of standing around, doing just enough, and charging too much is all restaraunts do since the pandemic.
