Food is a bit expensive, but super delicious! I usually get the Chicken Parmesan, and it’s probably my favorite sandwich I’ve ever had.

Great service! I order online and always promptly acknowledged and I receive my order. Would recommend this Penn station to anyone who is interested

Parking: It's to the side of the strip mall.

Kid-friendliness: While it is not catered to children it doesn't have anything that would be vulgar or offensive to children.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to the store front sidewalk right next to and in front of the store.

The cheesesteak sub was fire! An the homemade fries was too. Guy who took our order wasn't the friendliest but customer service can be a pain in the rear. He might of had a bad day.

This location never disappoints! Brandon and his coworkers in the kitchen just handled what looked like a decent rush very quickly and organized and the food my food looks and tastes great!

Today I placed an order at your Richmond road Kentucky location I am currently walking with a cane and asked if they could bring it out to me you're very nice staff member Shirley brought my order out to me and I really truly appreciate it, not only that she was super friendly! Penn Station is the absolute best sub shop that you can actually go to. Their food is excellent very clean great customer service I would recommend them to everybody enjoy.

Was rushed to the order counter by the lady cooking while looking at the menu board, nobody behind us. Waited a pretty long time for food, and it was a terribly greasy wrap (Philly cheesesteak), and for some crazy reason they cut it in 1/2. Made an awful mess. Guys that took order & another that brought the food to us did a great job.Fries could have been hotter but they were not bad.

Always accurate with orders, great hot subs, really great lemonade, and yes! Try their pizza sauce on a sub! It's delicious

Easy to get in and out. Sandwiches are made fresh while you wait. I enjoy the club cold and my husband the pizza. Lemonade is a nice option too. We will continue to come back. It's near work for us.
