This is my favorite Penn Station hands down! From the time I walk in the door til the time I leave, I'm family!!! Ralph & Anna are the reason I will always choose Penn Station over any restaurant!!! My food is always amazing!! The customer service is unmatched and the hospitality cant be beat!!! We need more of this love in the world today!!! Love Penn Station...Richmond Road of course!!!

This Penn Station & manager Ralph have been extremely kind and helpful to the high school football teams in providing game day meals . They are always willing to help and easy to work with. We are thankful for them. They support our community 100%

Best Penn Station in town. Always quick and delicious. I frequent this location once every week or two on the way into the office and have never had a problem getting in and out with my order quickly, no matter how busy they are. Quality is always top notch.
As a former employee (not at this location) I can tell you they are truly running on all cylinders when it comes to quality, cleanliness, and timeliness.
We just work here. Was what i was told to me if you have a problem. Clueless employees and inconsistent food quality.
It's a counter service restaurant that brought the food to the table.

Id give this shop 6 stars if I could. The same crew they’ve had here for a minute and I couldn’t be happier with them. No other ps in town do it like them. Go out of your way and come to this one.
Food is a bit expensive, but super delicious! I usually get the Chicken Parmesan, and it’s probably my favorite sandwich I’ve ever had.
