Friendly staff, food was good - they were a little stingy with the 🍟 fries.

They made my sandwich wrong then they accused my husband of ordering it the wrong way & wouldn’t refund it.

Look, since my recent ovarian cancer diagnosis & treatment, for some reason I can’t eat meat or spicy food. I used to love it. They have a veggie sandwich that they’ll put A1 on for me.. it’s very nice of them & it’s always a tasty sandwich. We’ve been getting this for months. Mushrooms. Provolone. Lite onions, lite banana peppers.

Heliterally pulled his phone out & read it off of the last order so it was right. They didn’t put the ticket in that way. I couldn’t eat the sandwich. Then they refused to refund it.

Don’t trust these people with your credit card info.

So, they stole our money. Good job, Penn Station.

One the worst experience ever. Did online order came into the store they say they can't find my order. Cause they really didn't look. Plus already paid for the order. then waited like 10 min still nothing. then go up there the young lady finally come to help me to finally see my order in the computer then still has to wait til cook finish everybody else order before even starting mines. then after all that i atill have to wait. i been in the store like a hour. waiting on a online order that should havw been ready when i got here.

In the cook has no idea the order was n the computer til I had to tell. But she was a nice lady.

I have not eaten at many other Penn Station’s so I am not familiar with their menu. I was in the mood for a cold sandwich. I ordered off the cold sandwich menu…unfortunately their “cold” sandwich had warm bread. It did not hit the spot. The employee who took our order was polite but when we went to the other station to pay the other employee just “grunted” at us. I don’t think he even said the cost. When we received the sandwich, the side of fries was on the wrong sandwich.

Super sandwich prepared fresh. Fries were hot and tasty and the lemonade was delicious.

I had the Philadelphia Cheese steak, with mushrooms and onions. It did not disappoint! All ingredients were juicy and well-seasoned.

Their ketchup dispenser has not been working and they refused to replace it. Will stop eating at this particular Penn Station

Sandwiches were great...all 3 of them, but the fries were worse ever..unusual for this place...there was plenty but none bigger than 2 inches and seemed packed and greasy in the cup....

Wonderful staff!! Very friendly & helpful!! Was traveling through Lex, stopped and was pleasantly welcomed & assisted!!

Stopped by the other day due to an indecisive friend of mine not being able to make her mind up on where we should go to eat lol. I had to then decide for her all the while not knowing what she was in the mood for smh. So since I was in the she's I decided lets got to Penn Station. Mind you it's been quite a few years since I had enjoyed a sub let alone one from Penn Station. I always remembered them as one of the better places when it comes to that type of sandwich and to this day it still holds true. Clean restaurant friendly service, served hot and made to order, price to portion is 👍 as it's always been. Always been a pleasant experience. Keep up the good work.

Had a BOGO coupon that was received in the mail. The cashier refused to let me use it on my 2 large subs. She argued with me that it was only good for the regular size but is specifically states on the coupon that it is for any size subs. I used it online yesterday for the same 2 sandwiches and it gave me the discount so, I’ll stick to my normal location from now on.
