When I first walked in it seemed as if everyone was just talking and waiting for something to do. Once I started ordering it felt like I was being rushed, and I was the only customer in the restaurant. I say this because the guy was running through everything extremely fast as if I was holding him up from doing anything else. When I got my food, everything that I asked to be added to my sandwich, was not on the sandwich and it seemed as if the lady just threw everything together like she was in a rush as well. I’m big on customer service and if I had to rate my experience, it would be a 0/10. Hopefully this review encourages the workers to be more mindful of their work regardless of the circumstances.
My food literally had a hair in it. The taste was disgusting. I ordered a variety since it was my first visit and the majority of it went to the trash, except for the fountain drink.
Service was great. Not sure the name of the manager here but he was very courteous and professional. I also caught him being a a great coworker and understanding person as well as he sympathized with his coworkers. Kudos to you for your great leadership.
Visit time 5:00pm on Wednesday March 5th.
Soke recommendations limited time buffalo chicken sandwich is great.
Great customer service and fresh sandwiches. The also followed directions very well for more specific orders.
Better places to get subs at. Was disappointed
Very loud music making it difficult to hear the employees ask questions. Food was subpar. Ham was thick and fatty. Chicken Cordon was dry! Probably my last visit to a Penn Station. Also, the cook was very hairy and did not wear any netting.

The food is always amazing. The staff here is very nice and welcoming as well. Get the Philly as it is one of the best sandwiches you can get. Also, as a chocolate chip cookie connoisseur, these are probably the best cookies you can buy at any restaurant.

Music was too loud! They gave me a bag , put my hand in the bag and moved around the food before finding it wasn't mine. Turned around and gave it to the right man.... after I had handled his wrapped sandwiches and the fries that were not wrapped.

Subs are great.
Lemonade is awful. It's like they put one lemon in a gallon of water.
