Peppers Mexican Grill is hands-down one of the best spots for lunch in Lexington! My wife, Blaire, and I stopped in recently, and from start to finish, we were blown away. I ordered the Carnitas Fajitas, which were tender, flavorful, and served sizzling with all the perfect toppings. Blaire got the taco salad and a Skinny Margarita, and wow—the margarita was light, refreshing, and perfectly balanced (not overly sweet like you find elsewhere)!

Our waiter, Joel, truly made the experience unforgettable. He was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and super attentive without being intrusive. Joel even recommended a few dishes based on our tastes, kept our drinks topped up, and checked in just the right amount to make sure everything was perfect.

If you’re in the Hartland neighborhood or living in Lexington, Peppers is a must-visit. Fresh, delicious food, amazing drinks, and the kind of top-notch service that makes you feel right at home. We'll definitely be back!

We just moved here from New York and live 3 miles from Pepper's Mexican restaurant the place was so clean and the people working there so so nice, the food we had order was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL & DELICIOUS ?We will be going back.!

My luck with carryout has not been good. Multiple occasions our orders have been wrong. The to-go bag is tied up tightly making it difficult to see what is inside. Cash register has you standing in the doorway where you get bumped into by people coming in and out. One person working carryout, the register and seating. Communication is very problematic. What stinks is I want them to be better because I want to support a neighborhood restaurant. I have constructively told management how they can improve but so far they do not seem interested in the customer experience. Pics are of unbeaten meals I have paid for that my kids will not eat. The stench of fresh onion will have this dish headed straight for the trash. And no they would not let me see how much I overpaid when I went back. Never got an itemized receipt. Their excuse was we were too busy to check for accuracy. Which ironically will take more of their time in the long run. Good Luck Peppers.
