We have been coming here for the amazing food of course but also the PHENOMENAL drinks that Erica makes at the bar … honestly best Bloody Mary and margarita in town!!!! She’s also so sweet … thanks for the excellent service and amazing drinks!

Doing this review because I hadn't been here in a long time. Jeremy was our server and he's waited on us before. He goes out of his way to make sure that you have a good experience. Always very helpful and friendly and really competent as well. I always feel lucky when we're seated in his section. The food is always consistently good here as well

Our experience was great with the exception of the hostess. She was not very pleasant and actually rude. We showed up about 15 minutes prior to our reservation time and we were told that we would have to wait until our time, which I totally understand, but no sooner than we sat down to wait other parties were coming in with the same reservation time as my party and were being sat prior to us. Apparently, she never entered me as being there in the system because I had to go up after my reservation time to let them know I was there again! However, Our server turned things around and was absolutely incredible. Our food was delicious and our overall experience was great.,

Our waitress was very slow. It took over 10 minutes to get our soft drinks and iced tea. Then it took forever to get refills. My wife's chicken wasn't cooked all the way, so she had to wait for her food while the rest of us were eating. When she finally got her food, the rice was cold. Our waitress was just standing around talking to other waitresses, while I had to flag her down to get another fork and napkin.. It was NOT a good experience! I would not recommend this restaurant!

PJ Chang used to be upscale Asian, a special place to dine. I find many of the menu items that once made it special are no longer offered (sea bass for example). I had teriyaki trio and it was fair, short on vegetables, and smothered in too much sauce. Crab wontons were fishy.

We love doing drinks and Minne appetizers at the bar for happy hour. The quality of the food is always awesome and our server and bartender at the Lexington mall location is terrific. She is so nice and always happy and smiling and very engaging to talk to you. This location service both at the bar, happy hour, and sit down is always terrific. Clearly the managers and the general manager are doing a terrific job.

Just ok. My rice was hot, my friend's cold. The table top was sticky. When leaving, I stepped on a lemon slice left in the main walkway. Music much too loud and modern rock. Not much Chinese about this dining spot. Local and probably not be back.

PF Chang's has always had a great atmosphere. However, understandably, their portion sizes have become smaller, and prices have gone up. It is truly understandable, I just was not budgeting to spend more money than I did. The service was great as usual, we tipped our server well, however, the price of the food was a bit on the high end for the quality of the food. It has been the same menu for years. Now, if it were something new and seasonal, I would have expected that little extra. Again, I don't think it's the industry's fault, but I'll be more careful to choose where to go out and where to go "all out" next time.

This visit was however, a disappointment. Our appetizers were delivered at multiple different times instead of together as they were ordered, and our check was wrong. It had to be corrected. It seemed that the restaurant was significantly understaffed. Our waitress was great, and I give her five stars, however, the rest of our experience was very disappointing. I doubt I will be back.
