She has become a certified Chef in being trained in Vietnam and Thailand. I’m turn she brings the finished product to you with refined training in cooking along with presentation of her freshest flavors and flavorful foods, that I can’t get enough of. I also cannot stop talking about her food❣️

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!I am from Texas. We have a lots of banh mi and pho restaurants in every corner in Dallas and Houston. I had been to Kentucky many times and I can not find a real Vietnamese taste dishes. I was recommended to try Pho KYtchen by my co-workers here in Lexington. I wanted to see what the hype was about and they are not wrong. Their pho dac biet is phenomenal and authentic Vietnamese taste. Nowadays so-call “Vietnamese” Pho restaurants are popping up everywhere and cutting corners to served the American taste. What I pay for is the true real taste of Vietnamese foods. Pho KYtchen is on point. The broth is clear not dark and no fatty broth on top like other pho restaurants in Lexington. Scented with traditional/authentic spices. Just the right amount of noodles, veggies, beefs and broth. Oh and don’t forget that lime. It just bring everything together.Bring back memories when I was a kid. When I got home from soccer practice in the cold weather. My mom would bring out a hot bowl of pho. That smell just warmth my heart. Not a lots of foods I had ate will remind me of my childhood. Worth every penny.Definitely ordering each week.

I placed a order online and paid for it on google. Gives me a time for pickup and I get there and they aren’t open. It’s not hard to log into google and change your times and opening. Now I’m out my money. No food and no way to get a refund. Guess I’m not eating tonight! Terrible business.

We ordered the Pho kit tonight. It was absolutely wonderful!!! I love the way they separate the different meats in their own broth so the family could choose what they wanted!! We will definitely be back!!
