Always a great trip when I go to this Pizza Hut. Never fails they nail it every time.

Despite what listing says, there are no tables here (for dine-in option). :-( Also, the restroom is marked as “NO Public Restrooms”.) Not even much space to wait for your carry-out order. Stay home. Get it delivered. Or order a better pizza. Really want Pizza Hut? Go to the one on Richmond Road (near Man o’ War) that still has lots of tables inside for dine-in. They even have a lunch buffet on weekdays!

Service so bad this has to be a franchise location. Cashier was short and rude. They ran out of products and instead of telling guests so they can decide if a substitution is sufficient, they give a shoulder shrug with a take it or leave it attitude. I'm definitely not trying any more of these get rich quick schemes of deals that Pizza Hut is peddling. My reviews are viewed more than 1,000 times... I would implore anyone thinking about whats for dinner to look elsewhere. Maybe if enough people value the money they spend, then service can at least be worth the ever rising price. No refund. No apology. And of the pizzas I ordered, I believe they attempted to form the dough themselves for the personal pan pizzas as seen in the photos. All-in-all it was a horrible experience.

UPDATE: A guy that called himself the manager called me and told me they were replacing ONLY the food that was incorrect. I said ok. He did not. There was no reason to call and lie🤷🏿‍♂️... My reviews will stay honest.

I put in a mobile order for 4 of the $2 Personal Pans and breadsticks. When I pulled up, there were at least 20 people in line, out the door. I didn't realize it was going to be such an event. It moved quickly though and the employees handled the chaos efficiently and calmly. My food was fresh, hot, and delicious.

After getting home from a long day at work I figured I would order pizza hut. It's trash quality but it's quick and consistent... or so I thought, Ordered a pizza at 8:20 pm to wait almost an hour for pizzahut to text me and tell me that my order is being delivered by a door dash driver... The driver was 18 minutes away from the pizza hut... I live less than 5 minutes from this location. Needless to say I'll never be ordering pizza hut delivery or probably anything from them ever again. I've waited well over an hour to get a pizza that will be sitting around for 30 minutes for a door dash driver to show up. Absolutely absurd. Overpriced garbage that now takes FOREVER to show up at your door. If I wanted to wait for a door dasher to deliver me subpar old pizza I would have ORDERED THROUGH DOOR DASH to a better pizza place!!! Thank you for leaving me ripped off and still hungry an hour later...

I opened the box and there was a Furby covered in feces. What kind of sick man does this?

I put in an order at 5:06, for it to be delivered at 8pm. Didn't get my order till 8:30. It was soggy, cold, and I was missing the sauces that I was charged for at the door. I did not receive a physical copy of my receipt. The order taker on the phone who was answering my questions was rude. Was going to speak to a manager but was put on hold. Trying to be on time is important to families. I thought it was important to restaurants and I also thought fresh food was important. There was no hospitality or pizza hut standard food.

My daughter ordered a pizza at 5 pm to be delivered at 8 pm. At 8:15 pm she called to see what the eta was on the pizza and they said it was on its way. 20 minutes later it was still not here, she again called and a girl started yelling at her on the phone loud enough for us to hear her. My daughter asked for the manager but hung up as the driver knocked on our door. They didn't have her sauces she paid for. The pizza was doughy and cold. The driver was nice and at least knew how to speak to customers. There's just no excuse for a 3 hr in advance order to not be done, hot, complete, and at a persons address at the stated time.

Pizza Hut Bryan Station is the best pizza spot on this end of town. Good always on point, always right the first time, always hot, always ready when they say it will be. Employees and the Manager are always ready to go above and beyond if you have a problem. They always make you feel WELCOME!! Thank You PH!!😉

Vegetarian options: I just know they have vegetarian option although it’s not my thing but it is my daughter’s. So when we all want pizza we don’t have to order from 2 or 3 places she ALWAYS finds what she wants on their menu.

Dietary restrictions: If there is something you cannot have due to health issues or if you have an allergy to something and IF YOU LET THEM KNOW AHEAD OF TIME they will make it a point to get it right! Especially if it’s an allergy to any of their products!

Parking: Great parking! They have a huge parking lot they share with Kroger and a shoe store and Bape shop. It’s huge and close to the location you are picking up from. You can even pull to the front door if you want and it’s available!!!

Kid-friendliness: They have so many menu options there is always something on their menu that all my grandkids can choose from and be excited to get it home so they can eat it.

There were very little toppings on my pizza. I ordered a hand tossed sausage, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, with sweet marinara sauce. I couldn't taste any specific toppings! There were so few toppings that you couldn't tell what kind of pizza it was supposed to have been just by looking at it. I am 60 years old, and Pizza Hut was king at our house growing up. I began practicing a low-carb lifestyle in my mid twenties, so I stopped ordering pizza. I ate it at work when my employer treated us, but I didn't buy it myself. When pizza restaurants deliver to major companies, the pizzas are always on point! There are lots of toppings. No big empty and halfway dry patches missing sauce and toppings. EVER! COMPANIES ALWAYS RECEIVE THE PIZZAS THEY PAID FOR! THEY DON'T SKIMP ON THE TOPPINGS, TRYING TO SAVE MONEY, WHEN IT COMES TO LARGE COMPANIES THAT EMPLOY HUNDREDS OR THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE. THE PIZZAS I ATE AT TRANE IN THE 1990'S WERE THE PIZZAS OF MY YOUTH! I HADN'T HAD A PIZZA HUT PIZZA IN 30 YEARS! I ORDERED ONE A FEW DAYS AGO. I THOUGHT SOMEONE MADE A MISTAKE! I COULDN'T TELL WHAT KIND OF PIZZA IT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN, BECAUSE THE TOPPINGS WERE PRACTICALLY INVISIBLE! THEY WERE INVISIBLE BECAUSE THEY WERE MISSING! PIZZA HUT SOLD ME HAND TOSSED PIZZA BREAD WITHOUT ANY SAUCE! I COULDN'T TASTE ANY! I COULDN'T TELL WHAT IT WAS! IS THAT SUPPOSED TO BE SAUCE? WHY IS IT NOT VISIBLE? THERE WAS 15 TINY LITTLE PIECES OF SAUSAGE PIZZA HUT TRIED TO HIDE UNDER THE THINNEST SPRINKLING OF MOZZARELLA YOU'VE EVER SEEN! 15 LITTLE NUBBINS OF SAUSAGE! BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T WANT YOU TO KNOW THERE WAS SUCH A TINY AMOUNT ON THE PIZZA! YOU COULD BARELY TASTE THE SAUSAGE, IT WAS SO LITTLE! THE SAME WITH THE ONIONS, MUSHROOMS, AND PEPPERS! SO,THIS IS WHERE WE ARE AT TODAY!? ALL THREE PIZZA CHAINS HAVE ADOPTED THIS PRACTICE! I WAS CURIOUS TO SEE IF PAPA JOHNS AND DOMINO'S WAS DOING THE SAME THING. I ORDERED THE SAME PIZZA FROM PIZZA HUTS COMPETITION. THEY WERE IDENTICAL! NO SAUCE! NO TOPPINGS! HAS THE COST OF TOPPINGS INFLATED SO MUCH THAT PIZZA CHAINS HAVE RESORTED TO PUTTING 1/4 OF THE TOPPINGS THEY HAD BEEN PUTTING ON THEIR PIZZAS FROM THE TIME THESE BUSINESSES FIRST OPENED THEIR DOORS TO THE PUBLIC UNTIL THE MID 1990'S? PIZZA CHAINS HAVE BEEN GRADUALLY CUTTING BACK ON THE AMOUNT OF TOPPINGS FOR THE PAST 30 YEARS! THOSE PIZZAS TODAY ARE SO LIGHT ON THE TOPPINGS THAT YOU CAN'T TELL WHAT KIND OF PIZZA IT IS WHEN YOU OPEN THE BOX! A RELATIVE TOLD ME ABOUT HER EXPERIENCE 10 YEARS AGO, BUT I HAD NO IDEA IT HAD GOTTEN THIS BAD! SHE TOOK THE PIZZA BACK! PIZZA HUT TOLD HER "THERE'S PEPPERONI RIGHT THERE! AND A PIECE RIGHT THERE, AND A PIECE RIGHT THERE! I SEE PIECES OF GREEN PEPPER TOO! RIGHT THERE. AND THERE! THERE'S ANOTHER PIECE OF GREEN PEPPER!" SHE COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW THE EMPLOYEE WAS TALKING TO HER! THE PIZZA LOOKED LIKE A BIG PIECE OF PIZZA BREAD WITH A SRINKLING OF TOPPINGS ON TOP! MAKING IT LOOK MORE LIKE SOMETHING CALLED PIZZA BREAD RATHER THEN PIZZA! BECAUSE THAT'S NOT A PIZZA! THAT'S FLAT BREAD WITH SOME TOPPINGS ON IT! EITHER WAY, MY DAYS OF EVER BUYING A PIZZA FROM A CHAIN RESTAURANT HAS ENDED! FROM NOW ON, I WILL BE ORDERING FROM PRIVATELY OWNED PIZZA RESTAURANTS! FROM WHAT I AM SEEING, PRIVATELY OWNED PIZZA PLACES HERE IN LEXINGTON ARE OFFERING HIGH QUALITY PIZZAS, LOADED WITH TOPPINGS! LIKE THE PIZZAS PIZZA HUT USED TO SERVE IT'S CUSTOMERS! THOSE CHAIN PIZZA RESTAURANT DAYS ARE NUMBERED! ONE DAY, THEY'LL BE FILING FOR BANKRUPTCY! THEY WILL HAVE TO! PEOPLE ARE GOING TO STOP BUYING PIZZA FROM THESE CHAIN STORES, AND THEY ARE GOING TO START MAKING THEIR OWN PIZZA AT HOME! ONE PIZZA CHAIN SUGGESTED I ORDER EXTRA TOPPINGS! I SAID "ORDERING EXTRA TOPPINGS MEANS I WOULD BE PAYING MORE MONEY FOR TOPPINGS THAT SHOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN ON THE DAMN THING! YOU WANT ME TO PAY TWICE WHAT THE DAMN PIZZA IS WORTH FOR TOPPINGS PIZZA HUT STOPPED PUTTING ON THEIR PIZZA'S TO SAVE MONEY? ON AN ALREADY OVERPRICED PIZZA? ALL GOOD THI
