One staff member in particular, Dale, went above and beyond in delivering my pizza. He was on time, kind and polite. This man needs a raise! The pizza was so good hot and fresh! I wish I had had cash on me to give him a better and proper tip, if there is anyway to reach him plz lmk!

Ordered online ,went to pick up pizza, no employees in store. A few minutes after I arrived employee comes in from the back, acknowledged me at the register, then proceeded to make a pizza, then puts it in the oven. Finally comes to register to give me my order which had been in pizza warmer and I ask him to show me the pizza. I ordered thin and crispy, it was regular crust. And I ordered supreme, all the toppings were in the middle of the pizza, hardly and by the crust or in the middle of the slices. If I wanted regular crust pizza I would have ordered from little ceasars. This pizza sucked and the service i received from the employee was totally inexcusable. Apparently only him and the delivery driver working ( he showed up while the other employee was making the other pizza) , it wasn't busy because of the UK football game going on at the time, but I betting after the game it would get alot busier, unless most people know that the service and pizza suck at this location. Pizza hut is better than this, but this location sucks

Would give zero stars. Waited almost an hour for my food. Wasnt even acknowledged by staff until about 45 minutes, where they informed me that my food had to be remade because something happened the first time. I understand mistakes happen but I would’ve been much more understanding if I had been informed. On top of that, my cheese sticks were covered in onion, something I did not ask for and didn’t even know they did that. Will never come to this location again.

I've ordered here many times, but the place has gotten nasty! The guy cutting the pizza is not clean. Constantly scratching his head, scratching the inside of his ear, cleaning his hands on the bottom of his shirt that looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks, and then touching your food. After he cleaned his ear out on his finger, he touched the crust, putting it in the box. I waited 45 min for two pizzas and they messed that up with the wrong toppings. Despite that the food tasted nastier than he looked. Yes, I ate it anyway (not the crust) as I'm exhausted from caring for both my parents. My mom with cancer, and my dad who is disabled with kidney and heart failure and wheelchair bound. I will not be back to this nasty dump!

Trash service ordered online said my order was delivered which it wasn’t. I called and they said it was going to be a bit since there was a snowstorm I waited called again same response about 90 minutes later I call again only to find out they are closed and I was still charged.
