Every time I have stopped at the Richmond relocation,I was satisfied. And reading the other reviews on here,I realize how petty people can be. There has been times the lobby was close to eat in but guess what we just took our pizza to the house,and it was delicious, every time! Thanks for the great service!!! I will be a customer there for a while..!!

I ordered my pizza the medium supreme and I ask what’s topping it’s on it. They told me pepperoni, sausages, beef, green pepper mushroom. When I picked it up, took it home that probably was total five sausage and five beef that you can barely find it on the Pizza so I called them and complain. She said she’ll fix me another one and then when I open the second one it was just a little bit more. It still wasn’t a lot. It was so cheap on their food. She say it weighed by pound or ounce that is not just put on there. I can’t believe is that little

Ordered at 7:15 or so. On app it said delivered at 7:59. We call the store around 8:15, they say an actual driver employed by them left about that time to deliver, said if it isn’t there in 10 minutes call back. No signs of it. We call back at 8:30, a different person answers, they say a dasher picked it up. We asked to speak to the previous person we talked to. They didn’t put them on. I confirmed room number, because we’re in a hotel. They confirm the right room. They issue a refund. 10 minutes later we decide to check the front desk. We found our food, it had been sitting there for 45 minutes. Cold. Front desk said the delivery driver said he’d call. They did not. Overall a crap experience.

First off by far the weirdest experience you could have. We ordered delivery and they didn’t have drivers no big deal we picked it up. Well situation was ridiculous and the cashier was kind of racist. Held our food for 5 minutes for no reason and just made it very ackward. Honestly if your considering this place you have been warned and expect a awful experience
Make sure you order well ahead of time, you will not be getting your food quickly or correctly

Was our favorite pizza hut until yesterday.When ordering we told the girl at front we wanted our pizza well done.She said we cant push it back in to get it well done because thats food tampering.So we just said forget it and left.
We went in to sit down to eat and waited in a short line only to be told that the dining room was closed due to lack of air conditioning. We were not even offered to place an order to take with us. A note on the door stating the dining room closure would have been very considerate.

Beware: Misleading Service and Poor Accommodation for Allergies
I ordered and was charged for the lunch buffet based on the cashier’s assurance that a hamburger-only pizza could be made for the lunch buffet. In fact there were two slices of hamburger only pizza on the buffet. Yet thereafter that promise was repeatedly contradicted by staff throughout my visit. Despite multiple conversations, long waits, and clear explanation of my food allergy needs, I was refused a simple ground beef pizza on the lunch buffet—even though this restaurant accommodated this request in the past.
Staff were disorganized, contradictory, and dismissive, insisting I either pay for two meals or settle for pizza I couldn’t safely eat. The only resolution was a discounted check—after a stressful, frustrating experience. This restaurant misled me, mishandled a legitimate health concern, and failed to deliver basic customer service.

I typically have a good experience here but today I called about my allergy and was left on hold for 15 minutes. I was still on hold when I walked in and 1 person was in the store. Tried to get ahold to get my points reversed bc I used it for a free pizza and I didn't have time for it to be remade. Beyond livid is an understatement.
Friendly service, prompt attention. Fresh pizza, excellent.
