Ordered a large pizza half pepperoni and cheese Stix, both arrived late and cold. The pizza didn't look fresh at all but worse was after eating a slice woke up in the early morning hours with diarrhea and vomiting. Everyone who ate the pizza got seriously ill. Do not recommend.

I don’t actually do bad reviews on anyone, but The problem with this place is they have disappointed me more than once. My topping is missing, an item is out of order, and overcooked without asking for it. Like there got to be mistake every single time. I can’t take it anymore!

Overpriced, over cooked, and got my simple order wrong. They don't give delivery fees to their delivery drivers which pointlessly jacks up the price. Over $20 spent for a thin cheese pizza.

I would steer clear of this store the joke of a manager (Susan) has the worst. Customer service in Lexington. I called and asked what was in my food had blue and green giant pieces of debris on the cheese bread I asked for an answer she hung up so I called back and was told me I can’t complain anymore. After asking for her nameI steer clear foul play! Store was dirty boxes and trash all over the counter. She threaten I would be band if I call back hanging up 2x.

Lunch buffet is back!!! I was so happy when I found out the buffet was back. Everything was fresh and so good. The waitress was so friendly and always on top of drinks. The only problem that I had was the restaurant was so cold. I was actually shivering while eating. I had to go get a hoodie from my car. But that didn't ruin my experience. I will definitely return in the future!!!

*Many years later after the review below was posted, this particular franchise continues to prove just how bad it really is. Ordered on 11/4/24 expecting a barbecue chicken pizza and a 2 liter. Instead got a pizza made with hot sauce, probably in retribution, and no 2 liter. Driver just said, "too bad, call the store." Yep, order from Pizza Hut is "too bad."
Should be able to give zero or negative stars. The call center in Missouri, information provided by driver, told us that whatever wait time is given that you have to add on 20-30 minutes and even then 1 1/2 hour wait time for delivery is the norm. Don't even expect warm food, it borders on inedible and in some cases is. Also don't expect anyone there to care in the least.

Ordered a meat lovers and was told they were out of italian sausage, I asked several times to replace the italian sausage with just regular sausage but they didnt understand and kept saying it already had sausage. So in reality i was charged full price for 1 topping short. Also they really skimp on topoings. 1-2 pieces peperoni to a slice of medium.

I want to give a five star and thanking the girl that answer the phone September 9, 24 around 9:45 PM she was so polite and so professional she was like a breath of fresh air after calling the Pizza Hut on Bryan station I speak perfect English that’s my first language I sent my husband that speaks very little English, so of course I was the one placing the order I asked him if they can tell me their specials over the phone. They said they’re not allowed to do that. I had to go online and then I told him that I called another Richmond Road and they told me the specials over the phone with no problem, so what was their problem, they said your husband don’t speak English. I told him but I’m the one talking to you and placing the order. You’re telling me that it’s not policy to tell me the specials over the phone. He was a joke made no sense. I will never go to that location again. if it wasn’t for the girl that answer the phone on Richmond Road I would probably never give Pizza Hut, my business again
The mid age lady up front giving out the pick up orders is very rude. To people picking up the orders. she should not be working in the service industry.

We live the pizza here at the hut & it was delicious as always. We got two medium, one topping pizzas, & we ate them all before the night was over. Nothing to add, except I wish they'd put their garlic butter sauce brushed on the crusts because a plain crust just isn't my favorite
