Our order was wrong and missing drinks. I ordered a personal pan with marinara sauce and 3 toppings. I received the pizza with some kind of nasty white sauce! It tasted disgusting. Usually we get the right order and only missing drinks. They have an average of 30% getting your drink to you.

Called to place a pickup order at 11:29 and was told they turn the oven off thirty minutes before closing. Yet I called the Richmond Rd store and was able to place an order. I have never been told that about the ovens before and we order here VERY OFTEN. This happened on 12/17/24

Store on Saron Dr. wouldn't answer the phone when I attempted to contact them to add to my order before it left the store. I spoke with the "call center" who also tried to call the store and no one answered for them either.

Ordered a dinner box and was unpleasantly surprised to find these odd breadsticks with no seasoning, hard as a rock, and weird texture. The pizza was poorly prepared and it showed… I was missing the marinara sauce that comes with the breadsticks. The icing was not the normal Pizza Hut labeled icing I’ve received every other time I’ve ordered…. This is my first bad experience with Pizza Hut but it definitely will have me questioning ordering in the future. I enjoyed the consistency of their food but if that’s gone I’ll spend my money elsewhere. I’ve added photos of what I received as well as a reference photo of what I was expecting.

PIZZA Hut was one of the best pizza places ever. Then they went all the way to the bottom. Pizza just dint taste good anymore, they had to change ingredients. I guit them ten years ago. I might give them another try but I don't know.

My delivery order was surprisingly great. The driver was fast and professional with actually following instructions on how to get to my apartment which most don't. The pizza felt like it was still out of the oven hot. Tasted amazing.
