This is the flattest pizza ever I ordered stuffed crust for extra $2 and a buffalo sauce and u got straight just sauce poured all over it the chicken is greasy and the pizza doesn’t have flavor is doughy awful experience

When I’d walked into the place no one acknowledge me and after waiting about five minutes I just sat down by that time a gentleman said “ I be with you in a minute “ so I took that as maybe they didn’t see me. So I sat there for a couple of more minutes still no help by the way and another person walk in and they didn’t say anything to her. We waited another five minutes so we just started talking about how no one is acknowledging us and how we are looking around. We see another guy who is fixing food going back and forth not saying anything to us , and we see that our food is done , but he walked off to the back somewhere and disappeared. At this time a forth person came in the store and the one guy called the other guy who disappeared to come help and we then got check out . But what really made me mad was when I got home one of the pizza was cold and the cheese bread wasn’t even cut.

I have worked retail for more than two decades.So I understand the note on your door when it says that you are understaffed, which means you're probably overwhelmed, but george, you have a really bad attitude and I don't appreciate it. When I voiced concerns to a nice, curly haired young man about how my pizza looked.George got an attitude because i'm a paying customer and simply had questions about whether or not he had followed my instructions on my online order by putting the toppings underneath the cheese on my thin crust pizza.George needs to go outside and take a cigarette break or take a timeout. Period. I'm gonna go ahead and call corporate and give the franchise owner some feedback as well. I know working with the public gets hard.But don't make my day bad because you woke up on a sour note.

Ordered Pizza Hut on a Sunday because I’m weirdly obsessed with the cardboard-looking breadsticks. Breadsticks were good and what I expected. The pizza was probably the worst pizza I’ve ordered in a long time. The tavern style double pepperoni pizza only had one type of pep on it, and there was maybe 10 of them. The pizza was ice cold and so sad, I’ll go to Kroger and get a Totino’s party pizza next time. The pan pizza never seems to be cooked fully and it was cold as well. I had to cook it for about 20 more minutes for it to even be edible. Still wasn’t very good. The delivery driver brought all my sauces which is good. The delivery was about 20 minutes past expected time and the app tracker is trash. I’m very displeased and will probably never order from this location again, especially considering the cost.

Ordered pizza at 6:50 pm, got a text at 7:20 it left the store. At 8:00 my cold pizza finally arrived at my house. It is currently in the oven heating up before we eat it. In addition to the food cost, I paid a $5 delivery fee that doesn’t even go to the driver, then tip 20% on top of that and get cold pizza delivered, that have to heat up before I can eat. An hour and 10 minutes and $50 for cold pizza! What a joke!

I ordered on the app; large pizza, and a red pepper, and parm shaker. Food arrived on time, and there was nothing wrong it; however, the shakers were not included. They up to $1.25/ea. now! So, I called to let them know their error and get a refund. The girl that answered placed me on hold to get the manager. I waited on hold for 30mins!!! After 15mins, I waited for the principal of it. It's a Saturday night- I get it, they're busy, but there is absolutely no excuse to leave a customer on hold for 30mins+! This is not the first time I have had issues with the Saron drive location. I waited 2hrs for my order once before I finally called about it, and they told me the door dash driver had canceled their pickup and they were waiting for another driver. They said they would put the order in again. 30mins later I called just to make sure the order had been processed. It hadn't! I talked to the manger and he sent an actual pizza hut driver with order and it got here in 10mins, super hot and free of charge. So that was a nice ending but I waited nearly 3hrs for my dinner. This is why I stayed on the line tonight. Their customer service, time management, and order accuracy definitely needs improvement. Furthermore, I wish they would do away with using Doordash. I haven't had any issues using Doordash with any other place through the Doordash app, but every time I order from this particular Pizza Hut, it never goes right. Do better.
