I asked a question about the order and she was silent so I asked if she got it and she snapped at me rudely, then after getting food I had to go back in because they forgot my kids drink. We go to Popeyes all the time but not this location anymore.

I appreciate this Popeyes, and if you haven't tried the blacken tender "omg"... the staff always goes the extra mile to ensure my order is correct, along with a friendly greeting, and smile. To think about it, I don't remember a time when they weren't enjoying what they do. Thank you'll for making my lunch experience worth stopping by at least 3 times a week.
Please refrain from making DoorDash drivers make your customers drinks. Also, please seal customer bags or tie shut. Drivers are not allowed to make drinks or seal customers food.

Place is absolutely terrible. Bunch of ghetto people who are rude. Drive thru takes forever, dine in takes forever. Went there twice both times. were awful. Went there the second time just to make sure I didn't catch them the first time on an off day. No just an awful , awful, awful business. Can't understand how they stay open. Foods ok at best but not worth the hassle of getting it. I'll never go there again.

I just got Popeyes cod fish sandwich. The picture shows two big nice pieces of cod fish when you get the sandwich it is one thin solid Patty of so-called fish. The breading was so thick you very little fish plus it tasted fishy I do not think it was cod. The ends of the fish Patty were hard as if it had been sitting out was not fresh. This was my first time to get their fish it will be my last.
All around mid experience and first impression. I am EXTREMELY dissapointed.

I ordered $49.27 worth of food online. When i got there they said they had NO CHICKEN. But they erte still open accepting orders??? I paid online and when I requested refund they refused. I called the manager and he refused to refund saying I have to go online. The store had my order but couldn't refund my payment?? I went online didn't see how to request refund, called manager back. Neither him or his boss could figure out how to do it. NOW I gotta go back and he's gonna TRY to "make it right". All I want is my refund and I swear I'll NEVER GO EVERY AGAIN. EVER! Can Lexington get a Bojangles ASAP? This store needs and has needed to be closed YEARS ago.

Popeyes is a staple in the community alot of people grew up eating their foodbut when you run out of fries and ranch it's an issue. we can take the mid service but when you run out of your number seller it's an issue. I really really enjoy Popeyes but I don't think this is the one to visit anymore. it's not the worse rated bit if there is no change in how they operate its defiantly going to be felt in the franchise.
