I went there today 11/18 and they completely just made my order a hot mess. I ordered off the app. Never saw an update on my order. Called the store. They said order been ready. My order was sitting over 45 min. The issue wasn't the cook. It was the front end managers and their rudeness and lack of order. I will definitely not be returning. My pies wasn't even right. Attitude. Nope disappointed with this location.

food came quick , i had the 3 pc tenders with fries, it was delicious and the boy cashier , juan i think it was is so polite. definitely don’t understand all the negative reviews

Will nva eat here again very rude ppl here waited over 20+ for a order the ppl coming in after us getting served out the gate. If you don't like your job plz find one u do like customers shouldn't have deal with nasty attitudes because your having a bad day!

Horrible food. Nobody in the restraint was competent. The food was cold and chewy. They gave me the wrong food despite multiple attempts to clarify my order. Close this store.

Lunch food had obviously been cooked at open and just put under a lamp. Stale fries and dry chicken.

Walked in to the dirty restaurant, ordered a 3 piece mild tender and chicken sandwich with no bacon or cheese. 10-15 minutes later was told they didn’t have wings, I told them I ordered tenders. They said they couldn’t refund it but they’d give me 5 tenders instead of 3. Had 2 of them and they seemed fine, then the third tasted weird and soft. Completely raw, so was the other one in the box. Not only raw chicken, but also 4 of the 5 they said they’d give. Chicken sandwich was almost just a chicken breast on bread but it was at least cooked.

EDIT: After more than a month of trying to get a refund or just contact management I’ve still had no response. A month. No refund, no reply, no information, nothing. Customer care and the management some even talk about who to call or contact. Terrible reflection on the establishment and the whole business.

Why is your chicken dark brown. The second time. Change your oil more frequently. The chicken is supposed to be golden,not 💩 brown. Thanks.

This is the most poorly run Popeyes I’ve ever been to. We sat and waited for our food for 20 min just to figure out our food was most likely given to someone else because the girl calling out orders was not calling the number every time. There were times when she only said “large fry”.. as if half the people waiting hadn’t ordered a large fry. And when we asked about our food, an employee was extremely rude and put us off so we had to ask again to finally get our food. I will not be returning to this location ever again

First time order Popeyes at Fayette mall location and it tastes NOT RIGHT. We ordered 3pcs chicken wings it SMELLS nasty feel like it’s been frozen for months. Very bad experience and not gonna come back. Better smell your food first before biting it.🤢

I literally ordered JUST a normal chicken sandwich. Got home and it had cheese on it and was swimming in sauce. No napkins. Don’t know if anybody spoke English, took a few minutes to order one item, got the only thing I ordered wrong. Place sucks

Cashier said she didn’t know how to add an item that wasn’t a combo so told me I had to order items I didn’t want. Manager didn’t seem to speak English. They refused to honor the surgery Popeyes offers on their receipts, saying they couldn’t do it and not elaborating. Overcooked dry chicken. Needs ALOT of work before it can ever be recommended.
