Food was not good, it took forever for our food to come to us, our server never came to get us drink refills, they got our orders wrong, and it smelled like cigarette smoke in the restaurant.

Pizza isn't good in the South, generally speaking, but Puccini's is one of the best pizza places in Lexington. Great crust and good ingredients. Try the Campfire if u want to try something unique!

Have been numerous times because my wife loves the Rosemary Chicken pasta. Tonight it was unrecognizable. It was like someone dumped cayenne into the dish. When we inquired, we were told it was supposed to be spicy even though it doesn't mention that on the menu and never has been before going back several years. Waitress was great. Never heard from the manager. Everything went thru the waitress. Given that we rarely get to go out by ourselves this was especially disappointing. A place that is usually at the top of my wife's go to places, she has now crossed it off her list.

I come in about twice a month Michael is always very courteous, knowledgeable and very patient mind makes you feel comfortable, I’m a 68 year old women.
I work with Marriott for 25 years , apprentice good service from kind people, please recognize him as many of older women feeluncomfortable eating alone

Food was delicious as always. One of my favorite restaurants in Lexington. I highly recommend the Shrimp Santa Cruz. I ordered that just about every time. Blue cheese dressing is amazing, too.

Ordered from DoorDash, food was hot. Which is nice, thanks to the dasher. However the food was completely flavorless! $50 for two small portion meals, the salads that came with them were huge but just a bunch of random ingredients thrown together that DO NOT go together, and they only give you one small container of dressing! The Alfredo was completely flavorless, reminded me of nursing home food ? and the Diovolo was nothing but spicy, and Wildly overpowered with basil, with like 4 shrimp. What a waste of money! Will NEVER order from this place again. Disgraceful to Italian food!

I don’t usually give reviews, but I felt compelled to make sure that others avoid Puccini’s. I ordered the pesto pasta with chicken, and waited over an hour for my order to come out. They brought out the rest of my group’s order but didn’t bother checking that I hadn’t received my food. I had to repeatedly flag down servers to ask about where my food was, and got my food long after all of my group had finished. When it came, the salad was covered with mozzarella cheese (?) and the pasta was subpar and had almost no chicken. I would have expected to at least received the meal for free, but they charged it to our bill anyways. Will never come back. Please don’t make the same mistake we did - avoid Puccini’s!

Great, comfortable mom-and-pop style Italian restaurant. Friendly and fast service, good food, vegetarian options. Serves wine. Would definitely return!

This place is fire flames. Affordable, great food, good speedy service. Makes Olive Garden look like your local Mickey D’s, do not sleep on this place. Italx mid and overpriced go to pucinis.
