I work for door dash. I went in on Halloween to fill an order for a customer. I would have received compensation of $18.25 for filling said order. I waited for 25 minuets. Only to be cussed out by staff behind the counter. for asking why they are refusing to fill all door dash orders. I watched a man come in out of the parking lot, go behind the counter, put on an apron, he didn't even wash his hands first. The problem was the store was a little busy and all of the kids working there were overwhelmed. Probably there first jobs. point being. I lost $18.25 for my pay from door dash, I was cussed out and disrespected by the staff. It was a very horrible and unclean experience. Also, my door dash completion rating went down, because I had to opt out of the order and inform my customer this store is refusing to fill his order. The whole line needs fired. If they can't take the heat get a different job. worst experience ever. I won't be back. And wash your hands guys. That's nasty to say the least.

This place can be great, but can also be horrible. Your experience depends 100% on the worker making your bowl. Half the time they’ll give you a full portion, but some of the employees skimp big time and have rude attitudes (often the managers). They don’t even skimp just on protein, the manager guy will give you almsot no rice or cheese.

order a bowl with rice, salsa, ground beef, and cheese and what i got was barley half a scoop of ground beef a little bit of cheese and nothing else plus no utensils and got the wrong salsa for the chips. so spent $30 on dinner and it’s literally just cheese i’m eating so terrible terrible terrible

It was open late when I had to check into the local hospital and my son, who drove me, really wanted Mexican food. Everything here was great though they had run out of sour cream which should NEVER happen. But we were grateful and thankful that they were open and IT WAS EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD!Vegetarian options: Great!

Worst service I’ve ever experienced at any restaurant. They were out of almost every item 2 hours before they were supposed to close. Then the staff complained that they had to work the entire time they made my burrito, making me feel incredibly unwelcome and THEN asked me to tip them. I visit Qdoba frequently but this is by far the worst location in Lexington.

Well, they changed the roja salsa, and now it is not any good. I ponder the food cost on an item like salsa, when the real cost is the meat they use. Trying to cut corners on the salsa just seems like a big f you to the consumer. They probably need to figure this out. Meanwhile, I'll have real tacos from a truck.

I ordered a bowl online, after getting there to grab my food they hadn’t made my bowl because they were out of everything needed to make my bowl. I said I just wanted a refund and one of the workers said she would cancel it behind the counter. I thought she needed my card but she said no and the money would be back on my card in 5-10 days since it was an online order. Well the 10 days passed and I ended up leaving out of town, plus I have no proof of me not getting my meal and needing a refund so I wasted money!
I was so excited to come here after a long day of work and was surprised to an empty line. Sadly, I was not greeted, everyone scattered once the person in front of me checked out, it was like they were playing ‘not it’ on who was going to take my order! Then someone finally came put some gloves on and literally just starred at me with an attitude like I was bothering him. Place is a joke

Went in at lunch time. Six of us ordered inside. When our food was ready we sat down to eat. Fiv of the six meals were awful. The rice was hard (old) and the rest just seemed to be old and cold. The only thing that was really good was the queso. Won't ever go there again.

I went to qdoba to get a steak bowl. I asked for steak and they said they were out. I settled for chicken peacefully since I didn’t have an option. The worker then reply’s saying “I don’t like that you said you don’t have a choice you do.” I then reply back I don’t you are out of steak and she storms away rolling her eyes. The attitude of these people is unlike anything I’ve ever seen.

This establishment needs a deep cleaning of the entire restaurant, the window to back of house is so dirty it's blurry to see anyone back there.Front of house is a total disaster with ice and drink station, much less the counter and glass behind the customer line was disgusting.
