Friendly staff, until I complained about the guacamole. It looked good, but tasted strongly like it had gone bad. I mentioned this and asked for guacamole from a different batch. The guacamole from the different batch had some very dark spots and tasted just as bad. I told them this, and that I have been eating avocados/ guacamole for years, and know how they taste when they go bad. They brushed me off,saying the color change is from oxidation. The guacamole then appeared to be served to the customers behind me.

Ordered a to go order from here and set the time for 3:30 because of a lunch break I had, mind you the order was placed at 2:30. I go to pick up the order and I had to call because apparently they close at 3??? So how did I place an order and PAY for it only to go pick it up and be told we only have some things that you wanted everything else is put up because we close at 3. I then ask for a refund and they say they need to call the manager, the manager then calls and says sorry we can't find the passwords to refund your order but we can give you coupons. No thank you, what kind of business can't give refunds? That makes no sense. I ask for a corporate number and I'm told there isn't one. Will never eat a qdoba again, especially with being told sorry we just can't find the passwords to refund your money .... makes no sense. 13$ for nothing just to turn around and have to go buy food from somewhere else with my limited time on break.

The food is amazing but the management of the store is very horrible. Online it says they're close at 9, but there's been few occasion they close early. One time they close at 4 on a Monday, the other time at 8 on a Friday that is very odd to close a restaurant that early on a Friday. I don't understand the management position but there's need to be some sort of communication with the customers.

So to start off. The managers name at this location at the time was Shirley. The google order page for qdoba at this location is broken and only has a protein option for the bowl which makes it uncustomizable. Theres not rice options or anything.This store was closed to in person orders and was only open to online orders. My dad called because there was no way to order and asked if he could tell them the order over the phone and have me pay for it when I got there. The manager Shirley told him he cannot order over the phone and got angry about it and argued that you can order it online easily.Then I came into the restaurant, not knowing that they were closed to walk up orders and this lady comes out from the back yelling “You cant order, You cant order, you have to order online.” I explained to her that I tried and there wasnt a way to order it. Then she said that shes been getting orders all day and that its not her problem that I dont know how to work google orders. After this I brought up the ordering screen on my phone and asked her to show me how to order it, after doing that she said I dont know how the system works. Then I asked her what I need to do to get my food and she straight up ignored me. So then I just left.I have never had a problem in any restaurant and never at this restaurant but the manager Shirley over here is psychotic, she is aggressive and extremely rude.I wont be going to this location ever again because I am afraid that someone like her would be the type of person to spit or mess with someones food.

Worst qdoba I've ever been to. The pico was tomatoes only and cilantro. It was dirty there was a hair in our queso. The cashier acted upset that he had to put his phone down to cash us out. And the food, edible. We were starving and it filled a space in our belly. We won't be back there.

Alex was excellent at taking our order . He was quiet busy but he handled it all like a pro , he was very nice & also kept the store in order .He deserves a raise !

I order from here an got a family meal for my family and when I got home I had no chicken or steak on my. Burritos nor my bowls I was missing my queso as well for my chips like this is out of control!!!!!!
