This Qdoba location has been consistently great! We have been here multiple times for both takeout and dining in. The food is delicious, their staff are friendly, and the restaurant is clean.My fiancé and I love to customize our own burritos, which the staff promptly help us with. They go over all of the toppings clearly to help you choose your options. The ingredients are always fresh and delicious! The burritos are also huge; you can’t leave here hungry!The thing from here I can’t live without, however, is their chips and queso. Qdoba has by far the BEST queso among the Mexican chain restaurants. It’s packed full of flavour with peppers and seasoning, and is ABSOLUTELY SCRUMPTIOUS.I definitely recommend this Qdoba location for delicious, quick Mexican food!Vegetarian options: They can accommodate vegetarian diets, as you can build your own burrito or bowl.Dietary restrictions: They can accommodate some dietary restrictions.Parking: This location is in an outlet-like mall, which has plenty of free parking.
Omg! Alisha, Alisha, & Nisha were so nice and super patient! Top tier customer service for sure! The store was very clean and food was great per usual!!

Kind employees. Good place to take a quick bite at good price.
After walking in to the store to get lunch with our coworkers, the manager on shift claimed since we did not call ahead, that they can’t serve us and we would have to go somewhere else. What would have happened if it was a normal Lunch rush? Do they commonly stop serving food when it gets too long? We weren’t the only individuals in the store.

I think this Qdoba might be a victim of “shrinkflation” — the portions are noticeably smaller than a year or two ago. I’m probably not the only one who has noticed; crowds are much smaller here too.

I have been here for over 25 minutes to pick up an order I placed online 50 minutes ago. I am still waiting with and I can't even storm out because I paid online so they already have my money. It's not like I am asking for half the restaurant, it's 2 bowls.Edit: Out the door at 7:05 with the order I placed at 6:10, after standing at the counter for 30 minutes watching them make food for people coming in and ordering. And the online ordering system even bullied us into leaving a tip! For $25 and an hour of my time I could have gone to a real restaurant and had much better food. This was supposed to be quick and convenient.

This is the only qudoba in lexington that really meets all the expectations, they’re clean and the staff seem to always be very positive. always a wonderful experience, even during a rush they are very appreciative of our patience. :)
