The service is awesome, the building is clean but the meat was nasty. Hamburger was too wet with no seasoning flavor and the steak had a burnt taste. Would not recommend this location.

It always goes without saying customer service is the first impression patrons take away from a restaurant. The food is good service was not so good. My only complaint that I will post today is the checkout employee was rather rude. I rarely post any complaints.

I hope the owner will provide their employees with thorough customer service training so that every customer is treated fairly and consistently. No one should be looked at in a strange way because they have an accent or because they are unfamiliar with the names of side dishes.

Additionally, pricing needs to be consistent. I was charged about 40% more for the exact same dish I have ordered many times before, and the manager tried to convince me that this was the correct price—without offering any explanation or apology for the discrepancy. A simple acknowledgment of the mistake would have gone a long way.

I cannot recall ever having this type of negative experience at any other food establishment.

This place looks clean until you try to find the table to seat. Only one girl in the counter when we walked in and other staff were on break (at the same time?) We were the only customer, which mean not busy. The staff came back from break and didn't even care to clean the table but have time to be on cellphone or chat. My daughter found hair on her bowl. We didn't bother to report this because this will be our first and last visit.

Cleanliness is ok. Better than most locations. However the staff is hardly friendly. Today I went to this location and there seemed to be a new trainee behind the counter. At least I hope he was new. I could tell he had maybe made tacos one time prior to my arrival and his coworkers were working double time to avoid helping him in anyway. After seeing the state of my tacos in the bowl is the only reason I went back to ask to have them remake it. The trainee hadn’t bothered to actually open/form the tortillas into tacos and had just made abstract taco salad on top of three tortillas that were flat at the bottom. Another staff person stated “tacos are supposed to be messy.” I then asked for a refund. I mean I have never been handed such a bowl of mess before so why now is it “supposed” be like that. Every time I decide to give Qdoba a chance again, they always disappoint. I think I’ve finally learned my lesson.

The food is what keeps me coming back - always tastes great. The service is definitely hit or miss. No one is ever particularly friendly, but no one is hateful either. Needs more comfortable seating, the chairs and wood booths make for uncomfortable seating.

First time trying this location as I usually go with the competitor nearby. We ordered a burrito, and it was delivered by the quoted time. However, the flavor was not as pronounced as other Qdoba locations I have tried or their competitor. We also got chips and queso and the queso was good and more flavorful than the entrée.

This location was Trash the general manager is rude and hateful to the employees disrespectful and always rude she don’t need to be in fast food period she really needs to be fired I’ll make a longer trip to a different location if possible

Fantastic service at this Qdoba. Had a kiddo with a little troubling understanding the menu and ordering, and one of the workers handled the situation with extreme kindness and care.

Been a long time since I been to this establishment but the first time in this location
I wasn’t impressed
I came in to a dead place with employees just staring at me ,it took 5 mins with people there not busy to begin my order
I got a taco salad that wasn’t appetizing at all
