Food is great! No complaints there. But customer service was trash. This girl was right in front of us ignoring us as if we are not there!

Hours on the door and online say they are open til 11. Showed up at 10:45 and they were closed with the doors locked. An employee angrily yelled, "We're closed!" Upon closer inspection there were already covers on all the metal trays. The employee clearly had started closing the place more than half an hour before they were supposed to stop serving food. Very disappointing

Honestly this was one of the most disappointing resturant experiences. I was so excited to pick up the order I placed on the app, but the second i pulled out the two bowls I ordered, I was disappointed. They literally felt empty. They looked so empty that my boyfriend and I thought they forgot the rice and meat (they did forget the tortilla strips). We went ahead and shook our bowls, and when we opened them, they were even emptier than we thought. They were literally less than half full. Just from shaking the bowl to mix it, when I took the lid off mine, all of the ingredients were to one side of the bowl. I should not be able to see over half of the bottom of the bowl before I even start eating. I spent $25 before tip and before buying a fountain drink. $35 to have to go somewhere else and get more food.

I stopped in to get takeout. The regular chicken looked dry. So I had to order the other chicken (Spicy). Paid and left when I got home and starting to enjoy my meal. I was horrible tough and 3 hours later my stomach didn't agree with me and made me very sick

Waited in line for quite a while for tacos. Tacos took forever to be made, while putting my tacos in another container, half the toppings spilled out on to the sheet she made the tacos on. She then didn’t put any of the spilled toppings back on my tacos and expected me to pay for basically nothing. Beyond rude and disappointing. Just walked out and shook my head.
