My son had to rush to the hospital he haid almost 200 blood pressure had diarrhea never going back to qudoba never I wish I could sue and get a refund but I don’t know how to do that

Your workers need some serious boss time! I walked in to 3 of them just standing there talking and cutting up, they continued to just stand there and joke with me standing and waiting to order. There was one other person in the restaurant waiting on their food. So after one of them looked over at me and rolled their eyes, then began to walk over to me, I just turned and left. Is this really how you want your customers treated? Just plain RUDE!

Food Was REALLY Bland with Not much flavor. Also, I wasn't even asked if I wanted a drink, and besides the nice lady starting the orders at the beginning of the line, the other 2 manager and employee acted like they were doing the customers a favor, wrong! I haven't had Qdoba in 10 years or so because it's sucks compared to darn near any other Mexican Food Restaurant/ fast food, except maybe Taco Bell. Stay Away Folks And Go Somewhere Else, Same Money, Equals Way Better Food Somewhere Else.

Ordered two bowls but rice wasn’t cooked completely. Took them back gave me fresh made bowls but had to ask for fresh properly cooked rice because rice that was in container was same rice I’ve gotten from earlier bowls looked undercooked . After I’ve got new bowls and checked the rice and I don’t think I’ve got new rice because rice was still undercooked. I’m not sure if someone there didn’t cook rice properly

Here right now. Food was dry, chicken was burnt and they knew it was burnt but served it anyway. Nothing was at the least warm. Cold cheese, cold steak, cold chicken. Coke machine didn’t work the whole time here, but charged me for 2 drinks. Never offered to reimburse, say sorry. Cost of 2 meal that were shit was $29!! Closing soon I’d guess. Manager out in lobby, never spoke, or even noticed anyone inside. That’s why the place was empty
