Ordered their ramen birria, one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. For a stew there was zero flavor, the noodles were overcooked and soggy, and there wasn’t even a hint of spice. Two of us tried what I ordered, I had to throw it all away. DO NOT GET THEIR BIRRIA

Best food truck serving Mexican food bar none. My chipotle chicken quesadillas were incredible. The chicken was juicy and the some kind of red oil with mind blowing flavor. I saw most people driving away with their orders, so do yourself a favor and figure out a way to eat there...eat in your car if the weather is bad... because the texture and taste is at a much higher level when the food is served. Simply Amazing!

When the employees value being right instead of finding out how they can right their mistakes in order to please paying customers, you know they have embarked on their downward spiral. We ordered a few things, the worker repeated it all back but then left off the first thing we ordered and argued with both of us that we didn't order it. It would have been so much easier to either admit a mistake or apologize for the misunderstanding and quickly suggest a solution, but no, their priority is in being more right than the customer. One of us got food and the other didn't. The food we did receive was good.
