Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Very inefficient staff serving. I had to wait 20 minutes for my food, and they had it ready, but they just didn't want to give it to me. They are very incompetent people. I see that the workers here were never taught what good service is

I love cane's. Simple but perfect everytime. I loved them in massachusetts and I love them in Kentucky. People are friendly as well.

It’s Cane’s, what do you expect? 10/10 every single time. This is definitely my favorite Lexington location because the customer service is always on point. Honestly though, their quality control is so good that the food tastes just as perfect no matter which Cane’s you hit.

Look if you want some good fast food chicken, go here! They are open late and have great quality chicken, also if you are gluten free ask for their gluten free chicken(it’s not listed on the menu)!

I recently picked up a very large to go order from Canes on Nicholasville Rd. The staff was kind and so helpful. They helped carry everything out & loaded into my vehicle. I haven't eaten there in a year or so but definitely not as good as it use to be. The breading on the chicken is pretty much non-existent.

Food was fresh and hot. Staff was nice and I loved the fact that they didn't rush us to hurry and order. Instead of saying 'Is that it?' I was asked if I would like anything else.
